【摘要】 本论文拟对兰州经济区的产业集聚进行相关的研究。首先,对兰州经济区的产业结构和产业素质进行总体分析,研究发现兰州经济区产业结构、产业素质差异明显,企业间缺乏有机联系、各自为政,产业效益总体不高,说明兰州经济区产业集聚研究的必要性和重要性。在此基础上,从支柱产业布局和园区发展的角度对兰州经济区产业集聚现状进行总括性描述。最后通过采集区内主要城市兰州、白银、定西、临夏的产业数据,利用我国学者唐杰推导CES形式函数P=AQ~βK~γ,对兰州经济区的产业集聚效果进行定量分析,得到1985-2004年产业集聚效果的变化趋势并分析原因。最后,笔者提出促进兰州经济区的产业集聚,要建设现代综合交通运输网、统一规划的物流体系、加快发展特色优势产业发展、培育和发展产业集群、优化建设工业产业园区、以科技为主导,建设农业示范园区等建议。论文结构如下:第一部分是选题的背景和意义。对兰州经济区概况和该经济区产业集聚发展的战略意义进行描述。第二部分是产业集聚的研究综述。对有关产业集聚的理论进行回顾和研究现状进行考察。第三部分为兰州经济区产业结构和产业素质分析。目的是了解兰州经济区的产业发展现状。第四部分为兰州经济区产业集聚现状分析。对兰州经济区的支柱产业布局和园区发展做总括性的描述考察。第五部分为兰州经济区产业集聚效果定量分析。在第三、四部分研究的基础上,通过选择区域主要城市,采用回归分析方法,得到产业集聚效果的变化趋势并分析变化的原因。第六部分在以上研究的基础上提出兰州经济区产业集聚发展的主要思路和政策建议。第七部分为结论和展望,概述论文的主要结论、创新之处以及需要进一步深化的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial conglomeration is a phenomenon that economists have paid great attention to.It is one approach to advance the area industrial essence to a higher position.The Lanzhou economic zone is located in the middle of Gansu province.Its economic development level is relatively dropped behind.So to make a research on the zone’s industrial conglomeration is significative.This thesis is supposed to make a research on the industrial conglomeration of the Lanzhou economic zone. Firstly,make an empirical research on the industrial structure and industrial essence of the zone.The research finds that the industrial structure and the essence of the zone are low on the whole,the relation among the corporations is loose.Then make a whole depiction about the industrial conglomeration of the zone according to the gained materials.Finally,make an empirical analysis on the effect of the industrial conglomeration of the zone on the basis of the model P=AQ~βK~γwhich was induced by the Chinese economist TangJie.The result shows that there are some serious problems about the industrial conglomeration in both cities and Lanzhou economic zone.On the basis of the above,expound some policy suggestions such as making feature industry、training entrepreneurs and creating an innovation environment、building zone innovation networks,carrying forward city construction,and so on.Paper is structured as follows:Part one is the background and meaning of the selected title.Describe the strategic meaning that economic zone overviews.Part two is the industrial conglomeration review.On the industrial conglomeration theory reviewed and inspected research,the text aims to study and analyze the evidence to lay a theoretical foundation.Part three is divided into Lanzhou economic zone industrial development background studies.Lanzhou is the purpose of understanding the industrial economic situation,to further specific research industry conglomeration phenomenon,and through industrial conglomeration through the upgrading of industries in the region to lay background research. Part four is the industry conglomeration analysis of Lanzhou economic zone.Part five of is the industrial conglomeration quantitative analysis of economic effects.In the third and fourth part of the basis of the study,by choosing key regional cities,using econometric methods,for the selected cities in the industrial conglomeration effect quantitative economic analysis,as well as the study summary.Part six on the basis of the the above study advises the ideas and policy recommendations.Part seven is the conclusions and forecasts,the paper outlined the main conclusions of innovation and the further study.更多还原
