20世纪以来我国初中体育课程目标主流价值取向的研究

【摘要】 初中体育课程目标的价值取向是指体育课程主体(体育课程专家、学者、体育教师等)在体育课程活动中,根据社会历史发展的特点和自身需要对同时存在的若干种初中体育课程目标方案进行价值选择时所表现出来的一种倾向性。体育课程主体对初中体育课程目标所形成的价值取向必须同其所处时代的主流精神相一致,必须为一定的群体所共有,为体育课程主体大多数成员所接受、认同和倡导。体育课程目标的主流价值取向就是对体育课程主体实践活动起着主导作用的价值取向。通过运用文献资料法、历史研究法、比较研究法和专家访谈法等研究方法,分析20世纪以来我国各个历史阶段的初中体育课程目标,并总结出其主流价值取向;分析影响各个主流价值取向形成的社会因素,辨证地、历史地加以评价,旨在理清20世纪以来我国初中体育课程目标主流价值取向的发展轨迹;总结出主流价值取向的发展规律及历史经验,对正确理解初中体育与健康课程目标提供理论上的帮助。研究表明,初中体育课程目标的主流价值取向受社会环境(政治、经济和文化)、教育、学生身心发展的特点、体育学科自身发展和外来教育与体育思想的影响,具有稳定性、阶段性、社会历史性和客观性等特征;增强体质是我国初中体育课程目标价值取向的永恒主题;初中体育课程目标趋向多元化;社会本位和个人本位价值取向由对立趋向完美结合。通过总结20世纪以来我国初中体育课程目标主流价值取向的发展规律和历史经验,认为“健康第一”的价值取向是客观的,符合当前时代发展的要求,是今后初中体育与健康课程目标的主流价值取向。对正确理解初中体育与健康课程目标价值取向提出的建议有:正确理解“健康第一”主流价值取向与“增强体质”、运动技能的学习、竞技运动项目教材化、体育与健康课程本质和体育与健康课程学习评价体系之间的关系。

【Abstract】 The value orientation of junior RE. curriculum objectives refers to P.E. curriculum subjects (RE. curriculum experts, scholars, RE. teachers etc.) with a kind of tendency according to the characteristics of socially historical development and themselves needs in RE. curriculum activity during the value choice period to many schemes of the RE. curriculum objectives. Their value orientation towards to junior RE. curriculum objectives has to be consistent with the dominant spirit of the current conditions and is spared with the certain community, and is also accepted, agreed and advocated by the most RE curriculum subjects. So the dominant value orientation of RE. curriculum objectives is that plays the major role in the practice of RE. curriculum subjects.This article analyzes every historical period’s junior RE. curriculum objectives in China since 20 century and generalizes its dominant value orientation through the employment of the methods of literature review, historical research, comparative research and experts’ interview. Through the critical and historical evaluation to the social factors which influence the formation of the every dominant value orientation, it aims to clear the trace of the dominant value orientation during this period. Finally the generalization about the regular and historical experience of the dominant value orientation provides the comprehension of junior RE. and health curriculum objectives with the theoretical help.The research indicates that the dominant value orientation of Junior RE. Curriculum Objectives is influenced by social environment (politics, economy, culture), education, the characteristics of students physical and mental development, RE. course development and foreign education and RE. ideas, and it takes the traits of stability, stages, social and historical nature and objectivity; Building up the physical constitution is the everlasting topic of the value orientation of junior RE. curriculum objectives in China which pertains to multifactor, both the value orientation of society-centralism and individual-centralism from the opposition to combination perfectly.Through the generalization of the regular and historical experience about the dominant value orientation of junior RE. curriculum objectives in China since 20 century, it believes that "the health is the first" which is objective, and adjusts to the needs of the current conditions, therefore it is the dominant value orientation of junior RE. and health standard. Its suggestions is mastering the relationship between "the health is the first" and the "building up the physical constitution", the study of motor skill, the materialization of athletics sports items, the relationship between the nature of PE and health curriculum and its evaluation system.
