自然灾害对中国农户经济的影响和对策研究

【摘要】 作为农业大国的中国是一个灾害频发的国家，每年因灾造成大量的经济损失，给广大农民生产生活带来了极大的危害，对农户家庭经济的影响也越来越大。本文结合灾害经济学及西方经济学的相关理论，采用实证分析方法，以宁安市沙兰镇爆发的山洪灾害为例，从收入、家庭财产、人员伤亡、灾后负债等方面分析了自然灾害对农户经济的影响，并从家庭收入、财产及人口状况分析了农户的承灾能力，探讨了农户面临自然灾害时所采取的各种应对策略，发现多数农户通过这些策略成功地应对了一般性的灾害，但仍需政府采取有效的防灾减灾措施加以扶持。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an agricultural country, there are many nature disasters taken place in successive years, and they caused great loss to the peasant-household. Based on the research on the rainstorm, torrential flood disasters which broke out in Shalan of Ning’an City, this paper presented careful research and analysis on the influence of disasters on the peasant-households, and the measures peasants taken. It makes the conclusion that the government need to take some resultful measures to support the peasants even though the ways of peasants choose are available.更多还原
