【摘要】 岭南中医药以其独到的特点，在我国中医药发展史上占有重要的地位。对岭南医家医著研究是当代岭南医学研究的重要一部分，也是当代岭南医学研究的热点之一。通过刘岭南中医药史的研究，有助于认识整个中国医学史发展进程，从而丰富和发展我国传统医学内容。对近代岭南名医卢朋著及其医著《四圣心源提要》的研究，是岭南医家医著研究中的一部分，也是《岭南中医文库岭南医学史》编写内容之一。卢朋著是民国时期广东中医教育界著名人物，也是近代优秀中医理论家。目前，对卢朋著的医学著作以及学术思想的研究，仍较为贫乏。《四圣心源提要》是卢朋著屡读清代著名医学家黄元御的《四圣心源》之后，深感此乃“黄氏之精撰也”而作，书中附录有黄氏之医案和清代医家吴东旸之医案。本研究综合运用文献校注、统计分析、历史研究、中医学术研究、比较研究等方法，对《四圣心源提要》进行解读和研究，发掘和总结其理论内涵，探讨卢朋著和黄元御的学术渊源。本研究共分两部分：对《四圣心源提要》进行点注；对《四圣心源提要》和《四圣心源》进行对比研究，撰写研究论文。论文共有四方面主要内容：(一)卢朋著生平及其医著《四圣心源提要》、黄元御《四圣心源》介绍。(二)《四圣心源提要》的理论特色：传承了黄元御人与自然的统一观及人体自身的统一观；对人体生理功能和病理变化的独特论述的继承与发挥。(三)《四圣心源提要》的治疗思想。(四)《四圣心源提要》与《四圣心源》文字内容的互校：词意相同部分的归纳、列举；用词不同部分及其所体现出来的学术思想的同中之异；方药的差异。论文总结了《四圣心源提要》的治疗思想主要体现在：对外感病的论治，十分重视人体内在因素的影响；论治內伤杂病，重视脾胃中气在诊疗中的重要作用。处方用药：一是继承了黄元御关于扶阳抑阴的学术思想，重视人体阳气的养护，在用药时善用温热之品；二是重视脏腑之间的相互关系在治疗杂病当中的指导作用，处方用药亦是遵循脏腑辨证和五脏相关等理论进行组方；三是重视药物的四气五味和药物的脏腑归经。论文将《四圣心源提要》与《四圣心源》的相关文字内容进行互校，分析出两书存在一些不同：其一是体现在用词与词意方面；其二是方药中药物的组成、用法、剂量和炮制的不同。《四圣心源提要》是在《四圣心源》的基础上进行删增而成的一部注重临床实用性的医学著作，其中大部分内容保留了《四圣心源》的原貌。笔者通过对两书的对比研究，分析异同，得知《四圣心源提要》并非只是对《四圣心源》进行简单的提要和以医案加以印证。从卢氏对此书推崇之至的态度和他对《四圣心源》进行删增的情况，细微之处的不同，以及结合黄氏《四圣心源》的学术思想等方面做深入细致的研究，不但得到卢氏学术思想的主线与黄氏一脉相承的结论，而且卢氏在传承了黄氏学术思想的同时，也有其个人创见，由此探悉到《四圣心源提要》对《四圣心源》的学术思想的传承与创新关系，这对于进一步研究《四圣心源提要》以及卢氏、黄氏的学术思想有一定的积极意义，对于完善整个岭南中医药史的研究和扩大学术交流，有一定的帮助。论文研究结果，发现卢朋著不仅是广东近代中医界的优秀理论家，有着深厚的中医基础理论功底；也是一位出色的岭南名医，《四圣心源提要》体现出他的临证特色，这一点以往的研究学者没有提及。笔者对卢朋著《四圣心源提要》进行点注，虽然还比较粗糙，但重要意义在于保存了珍贵的资料，为后人的研究提供素材，是一件有价值的学术传承工作。本研究仍有一些值得深入探究的问题，未能尽意，有待于今后继续探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in Guangdong has many characteristics and is very important in the history of TCM in China. The study on Guangdong doctors and their Works is the main part of Guangdong medicine study and one of its hotspots. It will be helpful to understand the whole history of TCM in China though studying on the history of Guangdong TCM, and enrich and improve the content of TCM.The study of the work of ’the Abstract of the Four Sages’ Study’ of the Guangdong famous doctor Lu Pengzhu is one part of the study of Guangdong doctors and their works, and also is a part of the writing content of ’Guangdong TCM library and the History of Medicine in Guangdong’ Lu Pengzhu is a famous man in Guangdong TCM education and a excellent ideologue of TCM in the Republic of China time. At present, the study of Lu Pengzhu’ work and his academic thought is very lack.The Work of ’the Abstract of the Four Sages’ Study’ is Lu’ s research results of ’the Four Sages’ Study’ of Huang Yuanyu who is a famous doctor of Qing Dynasty. In Lu’ s book, there are some medical records of Huang and Wu Da of Qing Dynasty. My study use the methods of Literature, Statistics, History, TCM and Compare in order to unscramble and research Lu’ s work, excavate and coordinate the connotation and discuss the differences of Lu Pengzhu and Huang Yuanyu.My study can be divided two parts: annotate the ’the Abstract of the Four Sages’ Study’ and compare ’the Abstract of the Four Sages’ Study’ and ’the Four Sages’ Study’. My thesis can be divided four parts:1. The biography of Lu Pengzhuo and the introducing of ’the Abstract of the Four Sages’ Study’ and Huang Yuanyu’s ’the Four Sages’ Study’2. The theory characteristic of Lu’s work.3. The studying and treatment characteristic of illness in Lu’ s work.4. The comparing of Lu’s work and Huang’s workMy thesis summarized the characteristic of Lu’ book in the thought of treatment and medicine, and these are embodied in many aspects: Lu regard man’s intrinsic factor as a vital part in infectious diseases, and believed that the disorder of Qi in spleen and stomach play a important part in internal diseases. In the aspect of prescribe medicine, firstly, Lu succeed to Huang’s thoughts, and think much of the method of enrich the Yang-Qi and reduce the Yin-Qi, and believe that it is very important to protect man’s Yang-Qi. In the course of prescribe medicine, Lu generally used hot medicine to protect man’s Yang-Qi. Secondly, Lu valued the direction effect of the relationship among the organs in the treatment of internal diseases, moreover, the prescription also follow the theory of the relationship of organs. Lastly, Lu believed that it is very important to study the medicines’ nature.In my thesis, I had already compared the letters of Lu’s work with Huang’s works, and analyzed the differences in the two works. Firstly, I have found the differences of their words and meanings. Secondly, the usage of medicine is different.The work of ’the Abstract of the Four Sages’ Study’ is based on ’the Four Sages’ Study’ , and the Lu’ s work deletes and adds some parts from the Huang’s work. The main parts of Lu’s work hold the original condition of Huang’s work. The penman have analyzed the similarities and differences though comparing the two book, in order to transpire that the work ’the Abstract of the Four Sages’ Study’ is not simply deleting and adding some words from ’the Four Sages’ Study’ From these differences, I find that Lu’ s thought come from Huang, but Lu had some creative idea different from Huang. The found is helpful to study Huang and Lu’ academic thought, and is beneficial, to the learning communion in the history of Guangdong TCM.The results of my thesis can proof that Lu Pengzhu is not only a excellent egghead who had deed merit of TCM, but also a good practical doctor in Guangdong. The work of ’the Abstract of the Four Sages’ Study’ exhibits his characteristic of treatments which have been not noticed by other scholars.My study has some other issues deserved further researches, and waits for continual discuss from now on.更多还原
