矿井提升机综合后备保护装置

【摘要】 本论文介绍了矿井提升机及其后备保护保护装置,指出了矿井提升机后备保护装置的必要性。然后介绍了虚拟仪器的概念,说明了虚拟仪器的硬件和软件结构,继而介绍了虚拟仪器相应的编程软件LabVIEW。在对现有的提升机后备保护装置进行了分析比较后,结合国内外现状,提出了一套运用虚拟仪器技术来设计矿井提升机综合后备保护装置的方案。该套综合后备保护装置的原理为:通过多功能数据采集卡采集各种信号,由软件程序进行处理,并判断是否报警,处理后的数据用于显示和存储查询。为方便此套综合后备保护装置的实验,另设计了一套提升机模拟实验装置,并说明了其实验模拟原理。文中着重对综合后备保护装置的硬件和软件设计进行了分析和说明,其中软件设计是该装置的核心部分。从软件构成、软件程序流程以及保护装置实现的功能等方面详细介绍了软件设计的过程,并对该装置软件程序的各组成模块进行了说明,最后给出了程序框图及程序流程图。该套基于虚拟仪器技术的矿井提升机综合后备保护装置,经实验证明完全达到了设计的要求,且操作界面直观而友善,扩展性强,为矿井提升机的安全有效运行提供了可靠的保障。

【Abstract】 This paper, at first, has discussed mine hoister and its safety, and pointed out the necessity of backup protective equipment of mine hoister. Then, the paper has introduced the concept of virtual instrument, and has explained the structures of hardware and software of virtual instrument. Also LabVIEW, programming software of virtual instrument, has been introduced. This paper has accounted for backup protective equipment of mine hoister, and by comparing existing equipments; a project of backup protective equipment of mine hoister which is based on virtual instrument has been presented. Principle of the integrated backup protective equipment for mine hoister is: to use DAQ to acquire signals, and then process these signals by software program, judge whether to give an alarm, the processed data is displayed, saved and inquired. In the paper, for the experiment of integrated backup protective equipment for mine hoister, a experimental analogic equipment has been introduced, also its analogic principle has been explained.This paper’s emphasis is to analyze and explain the design of hardware and software of integrated backup protective equipment for mine hoister. The hard core of this equipment is the design of software. The progress of design of hardware has been explained on the facts of the structure of software, program flow and functions of backup protective equipment. Then modules of program has been explained, also block diagrams and flowcharts has been given.This integrated backup protective equipment for mine hoister which is based on virtual instrument has been proved by experiment to achieve the requirement of design. The equipment, which has a clear and amicable interface and great expansibility, provides the operation of mine hoister with safeguard.
