赣榆县无公害水产品养殖产业的规划和发展研究

【摘要】 赣榆县濒临黄海，是江苏省水产品养殖大县，拥有水产养殖的良好基础和丰富资源，无公害水产品养殖产业正在迅速发展，本文对赣榆县无公害水产品养殖产业的规划和发展进行研究，以县级无公害水产品养殖产业规划的四个阶段即战略规划、总体规划、分区规划、重点项目规划为研究目标，通过对赣榆县无公害养殖产业规划资料的收集、整理，并运用背景分析、区位分析、SWOT分析等分析方法，对赣榆县无公害水产品养殖产业进行县城尺度上总体分析、县城无公害养殖区尺度上总体分析，在分析的基础上提出包括指导思想、规划目标、总体布局、功能分区、重点项目和保障措施在内的赣榆县无公害养殖产业发展的总体布局和分区规划。本文可以为赣榆县政府决策提供依据；为其它地区(县或县级市)的无公害养殖产业规划的制定提供一个参考，具有很强的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ganyu County is close to the Yellow Sea, rich in aquatic products, having a sound foundation and abundant resources of breeding aquatic products. The main content of the article is to research and develop non-environmental pollution aquatic products industry of Ganyu County. The research step has four main periods of county level plan, including strategic, general, practical and key project plan. The article has general analysis of county area and aquatic products area by collecting and sorting out the aquatic products industry plan data. By using various background, regional, and SWOT analysis ways, the article proposes the guiding ideology, plan aim, general layout, functional area, key project, and ensuring measures of non-environmental pollution aquatic products industry. It is important and siganificant not only for the government of Ganyu County but also for other regions which have similar background and situations. The article has good applied value.更多还原
