树状配电线路并联电容器无功补偿优化规划

【摘要】 探讨了具有长分支的树状配电线路并联电容器无功补偿优化规划问题,主要工作包括:提出一种等效支路法,将树状配电线路转化为多条等效梳状配电线路,并以净节约金额最大为目标函数,分别对每条等效线路进行优化规划,将目标函数值最大者对应的方案确定为最优规划方案。分析表明,该方法适用于固定并联电容器安装位置的优化规划,也可解决部分可投切电容器规划问题,并且具有简便易行的特点。采用逐步追加补偿法,每步确定一组补偿电容器规划方案,逐渐确定全部规划方案,可以实现多种目标函数和约束条件下,固定和可投切电容器安装位置和投切时间的优化规划,并且具有优化速度较快的特点,但易陷入局部最优。建立了面向树状配电线路并联电容器优化规划的邻域搜索策略和藐视准则,并采用禁忌搜索法实现了固定和可投切电容器安装位置、补偿容量和投切时间的优化规划。指出由于树状配电线路并联电容器优化规划的特殊性使禁忌长度受到限制,影响了禁忌搜索法寻优能力的发挥。为此提出采用逐步追加补偿法与特定规则相结合确定电容器位置初值的改进禁忌搜索法,进一步提高了规划结果的质量。采用VC++6.0语言实现了树状配电线路固定和可投切电容器随线补偿优化规划应用软件。采用典型算例进行测试、对比和验证,结果表明提出的算法均是可行的。
【Abstract】 Investigation made on optimal planning of shunt capacitor based reactive power compensation for arborescent distribution feeders.An equivalent branch based approach is put forward. An arborescent distribution feeder is transformed into many comb-shaped distribution feeders. The benefit of loss reduction caused by shunt capacitors is used as the index. The optimal planning for each equivalent feeder is performed, respectively. The scheme with the maximum value of objective function is determined as the optimal one. The approach is simple and easy to use, which is suitable for planning of fixed capacitor as well as certain switched capacitor conditions.A step-by-step approach with high efficiency is adopted. The planning of a single capacitor is determined in each step until the managements of all capacitors are reached. It is feasible for optimal allocation and switching-time planning of fixed and switched capacitors under various indexes and restrictions. But it has the possibility to fall into local optimal solution.A capacitor planning oriented neighborhood searching methodology and aspiration criterion are set up, based on which, Tabu search algorithm is introduced to optimize the allocation, capacitance and switching-time of fixed and switched capacitors.It is pointed out that the searching ability of Tabu algorithm is reduced due to the limitation of the Tabu length by the special feature of capacitor planning for a feeder. To solve above problem, an improved Tabu based method with a set of initial solutions determined by step-by-step capacitor planning approach and other application rules is proposed. Consequently, the planning result is further improved. A software is programmed on VC++6.0, on which, the proposed methods are tested, compared and verified showing their feasibility.
