六相12/10开关磁阻起动/发电机磁场的有限元分析及发电性能研究

【摘要】 开关磁阻电机(SRM)是上世纪80年代才发展起来的一种新型机电一体化设备。它作为起动/发电机系统,以其结构简单坚固、成本低、高容错运行能力、低速高转矩能力、较高的能量密度和高温运行能力等优良特性,已日益引起国内外许多专家、学者的注意和研究。随着环境保护呼声的越来越高,能源问题的突现,混合动力汽车(HEV)成了近几年各大汽车公司的研究热点。开关磁阻起动/发电机在汽车ISAD系统中的应用是近几年才开始出现的一个新的发展方向,目前相关报道较少。本文以新型六相12/10结构的SR起动发电机作为研究对象,以有限元方法作为研究方法来开展一系列工作。本文首先系统地研究了开关磁阻电机的基本理论,给出了六相12/10结构SR电机各种结构参数;建立了SR电机瞬态有限元分析模型,结合其静态模型通过Ansoft软件中的Maxwell 2D模块对电流斩波(CCC)和位置控制模式下12/10 SR电机的发电特性进行了仿真,对仿真结果进行了深入分析;同时对样机做了起动转矩的测量,还对12/10 SR电机的起动实验进行了分析,对发电实验进行设计,探讨了电池能量管理。
【Abstract】 Switched Reluctance Machine (SRM) is a new type of integrative device, which has been developed from the 80s, last century. Compared to other motors, Switched Reluctance Motor provided with simpler and firmer structure, lower cost, high-fault function, high energy density, producing high torque when speed is low, and so on. so in recent years there is a growing interest in it.With the in increasing demand of environmental protection and energy sources, Hybrid-Electric Vehicle, (HEV) has become the hotspot of automobile companies. It is a new way in recent years that Switched Reluctance Starter/Generator (SR S/G) applies in the Integrative Starter/Alternator Damper System of the vehicle, so there are little reports about it. In this paper we will research on a new type SRM, which has 12 poles in its stator and 10 poles in the rotor. The method used in analysis is Finite Element Method or FEMFirst of all, the basic theory of Switched Reluctance Motor was discussed in detail, and more, the design of 12/10 SRM structure parameters. Next the transient FEM models of SRM were created. Based on the models, several aspects were studied and discussed in detail by FEM software Maxwell 2D , such as invariant speed generate, state in CCC and position control methods, also analyzed the results carefulness. Finally, on the base of the academic research, completed the design and facture of the stand of test on torque-angle performance of SRM, and tested the experiment machine’s start-torque. At last, analyzed the results of some start-experiments and designed the generate-experiments of SRG
