中等负荷运动对不同强度噪音应激大鼠IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α的影响

【摘要】 目的:随着城市现代化建设的发展,噪音已与废水、废气、废渣一同列为城市的4大污染,它对人体的危害除听力方面的疾病外,还会导致人体身心的疲劳,身体素质下降,注意力不集中等。为了研究噪声对人体危害的程度以及如何预防、抵抗噪音的危害,本实验以大鼠为对象对噪声引起动物细胞因子IL-6、8,TNF含量的变化进行探讨,并研究运动对噪音的拮抗作用。试图从免疫学的角度探讨运动拮抗噪音,促进身心健康的可能机制。方法:健康SD大鼠48只(购置中国科学院上海动物研究中心)随机分为6组,即对照组、85分贝应激组、105分贝应激组、60分钟运动组、60分钟运动+85分贝应激组、运动+105分贝应激组,进行7周的游泳运动,并在后3周施加噪音应激。结果发现:①经过3周的噪音应激,大鼠血清中IL-6、IL-8、和TNF的含量显著下降,从而表明噪音应激可使机体的IL-6、IL-8、和TNF的合成和释放减少。②经过10周每天一次60分钟的运动训练后,大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8、和TNF的含量明显升高,运动+85分贝噪音应激组IL-6、IL-8、和TNF显著高于85分贝噪音应激组,运动+105分贝应激组IL-6、IL-8、和TNF明显高于105分贝应激组,其中运动对85分贝应激组最为明显。结论:噪音作为一种应激源,能引起大鼠的较强的心理反应,从而使机体内分泌功能紊乱并抑制了免疫功能;中等负荷运动不仅对正常状态下机体的免疫功能有良好的促进作用,对应激状态下大鼠的机体功能保护也非常显著。

【Abstract】 Objective: with the development of modernization construction incites, noise together with waste water, waster gase and discarded materialis regarded as four kinds of pollution sources in cites, noise will destroypeople’s health except harm to sence of hearing, for example it makes peopletired, spoils on body quality and diverts one’s attention, and so on. inorderto research on the harm which noise can cause to people’s lives and healthand how to prevent and control the harm it causes.Method: 48 healthy male SD rats were divided into 6 groups、conductedon exercise training for 10 weeks and exerted on noise stress for 3weeksin the later stage of training. The concentration of IL-6、8 and TNF-αin plasma was measured.Result: (1) 3-weeks noise stress can induced rats organism to produceobviously phychosomatice changes. The concentration of IL-6、8 and TNF-αin plasma was significantly lower than that in control group. (2) After10-weeks training, the concentration of IL-6、8 and TNF-αin moderateexercise after 80dB and 120dB noise stress was significantly higher thanthat haven’t straning.ConcluSion: noise as one of stress can make some bad influence on body’sendocrine function and depress the immunity.. Medium exercise can bringdown the stress reaction and improve function under mental stress.
