【摘要】 当今的世界是一个开放的世界，没有一个国家能够完全脱离与世界经济的联系，而孤立地求得本国经济迅速发展。因为没有哪一个国家能够拥有发展本国经济需要的全部资源，能够掌握世界所有的全部技术。尤其是在经济全球化、知识经济快速发展的今天，各个国家几乎都是通过对外经贸活动来取得所需要的资源、市场和各国人民在长时期中创造的技术、积累的经验以及它的全部成就，以加速本国国民经济的发展。我国作为最大的发展中国家也不例外。邓小平站在唯物史观的高度，面对历史和现实，不断总结我国的经验教训，提出要大力发展对外经贸并把对外经贸提升到关系我国社会主义现代化建设成败的一个战略问题来认识。正是在邓小平对外经贸思想的指导下，改革开放以来，我国的对外经贸活动不断扩大，对外经贸已成为推动我国国民经济增长的重要动力，在国民经济中居于举足轻重的位置。笔者认为，考察邓小平对外经贸思想的形成过程、主要内容和特点以及历史地位，对于我们进一步深化邓小平经济思想研究，并在此基础上制定更加合理的对外经贸政策，加速我国经济发展，无疑具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The now world is an open world. A country which seeks the rapidly growth of economy could not completely be separated from the world economics. For that a country can’t have the completely resources that satisfy the development of economy or grasp all completely techniques in the world. A country obtains the resources, the market, the technical that people created, the accumulated experience and the achievement according to foreign trade and economic cooperation. Our country as the biggest developing nation is not exceptional.Standing on the materialism height, facing our history and the actuality, and summarizing the experience of development, Deng Xiaoping realized the important role of foreign trade and economic cooperation, put forward to the thought of the construction of modernization. Since the reform and opening up, under the instruction of Deng Xiaoping’s thought of foreign trade and economic cooperation, our country’s foreign trade and economic cooperation has increasingly expanded. The foreign trade and economic cooperation has become the important power to impels the growth of economy and had characteristic status in the national economy. I believed that inspecting the forming process, the main content, characteristic and the historical status of the Deng Xiaoping’s thought of foreign trade and economic cooperation has significant theory and practical significance for the research in Deng Xiaoping economic thought and in the foundation of the more reasonable policy for the foreign trade and economic cooperation to accelerate our country’s economy development.更多还原
