【摘要】 工业是衡量一个经济体是否发达的重要标志,工业化是实现一个国家或地区由传统的农业社会向现代工业化社会转变的过程。该文通过对近十几年来兵团工业发展所进行的实证分析,试图找到“十一五”乃至更长时期内兵团工业发展的优势产业。本文首先回顾了工业发展与工业化阶段理论及优势产业选择基准;然后阐述了兵团工业发展的历程与现状,并根据霍夫曼系数和钱纳里模式等相关理论分析了兵团经济发展阶段所处的工业化阶段;再根据资源禀赋的比较优势基准、产业经济实力基准、产业关联度基准、技术进步基准和可持续发展基准测定了兵团各主要工业产业的优势度,确定了食品制造业、农副食品加工业、饮料制造业、塑料制品业和纺织业为当前兵团工业的优势产业;最后提出未来兵团经济要保持全面、协调、可持续发展必须要明确兵团的比较优势,加快兵团优势资源转化,并围绕这一论点,从系统的角度和战略的高度,提出了9条具体加快兵团工业优势产业发展和推进兵团新型工业化进程的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industry usually is considered as an important symbol about whether an economical body is developed, the industrialization is the process that realizes a transformation of country or the area from the traditional agricultural society to the modern industrialized society. By carrying on the real diagnosis analysis to industrial development in Xinjiang Production and Construction Group(XPCG) in the near decades years, this article attempts to find out the superiority industry of XPCG industrial development during the eleventh five-years plan and even in a longer time. Firstly, This article reviewed the industrial development and the industrialization stage theory and the selection criteria of superior industry;Secondly, it reviewed XPCG’s history and the present situation about industrial development, and analyzed the economic development stage between the industrialization course according to the Hoffman coefficient and Chenery pattern;and then, according to five criterions, include the comparative superiority of resource endowment, industrial economic foundation, industrial relation degree, technological advance velocity, and sustainable development, determinate the superiority of several major industries, and put forward to considering Food Manufacturing, Farm and Sideline Food Processing, Beverage Manufacturing, Plastic Products Manufacturing, and Textile Industry as superior industries of XPCG industry;and lastly, Finally proposed if XPCG economy maintain comprehensive, coordinated, sustainable development in the future,we must be clear about the XPCG’s comparison superiority, and speed up transformation to the XPCG’s superior resources, from the system angle and the strategic altitude, proposed nine specific countermeasure suggestions to speed up the industry superiority industry development of XPCG’s and promote its industrialization advancement.更多还原
