【摘要】 建筑事业的发展,使建筑策划成为了一门独立的学科,此后,建筑策划有了更加广阔的发展前景。理论上相关学科领域的快速发展,对建筑策划理论内核整合的要求也在不断在提高,而使用后评估为建筑策划提供了丰富的经验;建筑性能评估中的策划评价环节也前馈到建筑全生命周期的相同环节之中。本文提出的建筑策划中的预评价(pre- Evaluation)是对建筑策划程序中概念构想环节的预测评价工作的一个总结,它是在参考同类建筑的使用后评估的成果的基础上,依建筑的模式预测模拟建筑的使用过程并评价其投入使用后的结果进而进行反馈修正的过程。本文结合相关的案例研究,对其定义、操作程序、构成框架、方法等方面进行了探讨,为今后的进一步研究打下了基础。本论文共分为两部分。第一部分为理论篇。描述了论文的研究目的、对象、意义、方法;介绍了建筑策划、使用后评估以及建筑性能评估的基本概念;提出建筑策划中的预评价的涵义、定位、内容、意义及构成框架。第二部分为操作篇。介绍了使用后评估的操作过程;提出建筑策划中的预评价的操作程序、内容和方法。并且结合实际案例进行了分析说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a complete subject which results from the development of the architectural market, architectural programming has an expansive foreground. From theoretical aspect, the integrity of the whole theory of the architectural programming needs to be strengthened. Post occupancy evaluation provides abundant experiences to the architectural programming, and programme review, one of the steps of building performance evaluation, feeds forward architectural programming which is one of the six major phases of building delivery and life cycle as well.The research of this thesis raises the concept of pre-evaluation in architectural programming. It feeds back the architectural programming according to the evaluation of the prediction of the conceptual design based on the post occupancy evaluation of existing buildings with the similar types. This thesis analyses the definition, process, framework, method of the pre-evaluation with several cases study, which also provides the premise for the advanced study.The thesis has two major parts. The first theoretical part describes the methodology, subject and utility of this paper and introduces architectural programming, post occupancy evaluation and building performance evaluation, and brings out the pre-evaluation in architectural programming. The second practical part introduces the process of post occupancy evaluation, describes the process, method, content of pre-evaluation with several cases study.更多还原
