智能车载多媒体系统底层软硬件系统设计

【摘要】 嵌入式系统是泛计算领域的重要组成部分,是嵌入到对象宿主体系中完成某种特定功能的专用计算机系统。嵌入式系统有体积小、低功耗、集成度高、子系统间能通信融合的优点。随着汽车技术的发展以及微处理器技术的不断进步,在汽车电子技术中得到了广泛应用。目前,从车身控制、底盘控制、发动机管理、主被动安全系统到车载娱乐、信息系统都离不开嵌入式技术的支持。汽车嵌入式系统常以高档的8位和16位处理器为核心,集成了较多外部接口功能单元,如A/D转换、PWM、Watchdog、高速I/O口等,配置了芯片间的串行总线;软件结构比较复杂,程序数据量有明显增加。第二代汽车嵌入式系统能够完成简单的实时任务,目前在汽车电控系统中得到了最广泛的应用,如ABS系统、智能安全气囊、主动悬架以及发动机管理系统等,因此结合MCU和汽车控制系统电路是汽车嵌入式系统的基础。本项目在天津市科技发展计划项目的资助下,开展了对该嵌入式车载系统的研究:首先,在系统中设计了基于WINCE系统的GPS定位系统接收程序,其用户界面能很好的反映出当前GPS信息,为后续的电子地图设计提供基础。其次,在文中提出32位ARM9处理器和汽车CAN总线的结合设计,采用单一独立的CAN控制器和收发器,保证了系统的工作稳定和良好的收发性能,从而能在系统核心中及时反映出汽车系统的状态,从而获得良好的人机界面。再次,针对当前系统需要设计提供了一种可靠的注册表信息保存方案,即HIVE注册表设计,该方案可以实时保存系统的注册表更改信息,为系统的数据保存提供保障。最后,通过编程和调试等试验,设计出了基于该系统的CAN总线驱动程序和GPS接收程序,在硬件方面,设计了CAN控制卡。为后续的研究和设计做出相应的基础。
【Abstract】 Embedded system is an important part of universal computer field, which has the function that make the special use onto embedded target.This system is with the merit of small-cubage, low power, high integration and the sub system can get connected with each other,with the development of auto technology and microprocessor, this system will be wildly used in auto-electronic field. At present, from body control, chassis control, engines supervise, safety system to auto entertainment, information system all depend on the embedded technology.The core of auto embedded system is made of 8 bit or 16 bit microprocessor, which integrate many interfaces, such as A/D converter, PWM, watchdog, high speed I/O, also with the serial bus. The software structure is often Complex, and the procedure is long. The second generation auto embedded system is capable of completing the simple real-time task.which is wildly used in auto electrical control system, such as ABS system, smart air chamber and engine supervise system. Therefore combination of MCU and auto control system is the base of auto embedded system.The project is supported by Tianjin Science Development Plan Project, which connect between the 32 bit processor ARM9 and CAN bus.It uses the dependent CAN controller and transceiver, which guarantee the system stabilization and nice communication. By using this can reflex the status of car and make human interface.Additionally, based on the WINCE system GPS information reception application is made to get the real time information, which is the base of e-map. HIVE register design can provide a credible method of save the register, which is capable of saving the system register and guarantying the system data saving.Finally, through the program and debug, The CAN bus driver and GPS reception program is designed and the CAN controller board is designed, which is the based of the next research and design.
