可控液粘式机械软启动装置的研究

【摘要】 在现代企业生产中,重载运输系统向着大功率、远距离的方向发展,从液力偶合器到大功率的变频技术都不能完全满足生产中的软启动要求;新一代的CST控制系统虽然能较好地解决软启动问题,但其高昂的价格、过于复杂的结构以及安全性问题使其无法在我国得到普及。可控液粘式机械式软启动装置是机、电、液一体化产品,它在机构设计上采用NGW型行星轮系来传动并通过湿式离合器的动摩擦片和静摩擦片来传递扭矩。NGW型行星轮系在大功率传动中具有结构紧凑、运转平稳的特性,但啮合复杂,对设计和制造要求较高;在设计初期,应用虚拟样机技术以UG为平台进行了三维建模、虚拟装配、运动分析和结构分析,进一步优化了结构和尺寸,并给产品在后续的加工、装配和实验提供了充分的依据。液力系统在整个软启动装置中起着关键的作用,本设计采用湿式离合器,通过液体粘性传动来实现逐步加载的过程,并通过电磁三位四通阀来控制液体的流向,以实现控制初始、启动、正常运行时液力系统发挥不同的作用,装置中液压构件应用流体力学理论严格确定,达到平稳软启动的目的。它能实现真正意义上的空载起动,平稳过渡到正常运行状态,它不仅能很好地解决软启动问题,且具有投资小、结构紧凑、安全可靠、维护简单的特点,适合我国企业的实际需要,在机械、建筑、煤炭、电力、化工等许多行业的应用可以给企业带来显著的经济效益。
【Abstract】 Over loading belt line is toward higher development of high-power & distance in production of modern enterprise. Hydraulic Coupler & High-power frequency technology can not completely satisfy the needs of soft start-up in production. The new CST control system can do well the problems of soft start-up, but it can not extend in our country because of Exorbitant prices, complicated structure & security.The controlled soft start device of mechanical liquid viscidity & over loading is a complex type product with machinery, electricity, hydraulic. It is droved by NGW planetary gear trains in structure, and it is transferred by wet clutch of stirred frictional disc & fixed frictional disc. Compact structure & smooth operation are the main features of NGW planetary gear trains in high-power transmission, but it is high demanded in design and manufacture. We use virtual prototyping technology to do 3D modeling, virtual assembly, motion analysis & structural analysis at UG platform. This makes more optimized structure and size. It gave us a sufficient basis of Follow-up processing, assembly and experiment. Hydraulic system played a key role in the whole soft start device. We adopt wet clutch and gradually realize this loading process through the liquid-viscosity driving. We passed the three programs electromagnetic valve to control Liquid flow to realize the different role of hydraulic system in controlled early, start-up & normal operation, the purposes of calm soft start up. This can realize the true meaning starting empty, transit to a normal operating state. It can not only well solve the problem of soft start, but also it has the following features such as small investment, compact structure, simple maintenance. This is the actual demand for our enterprises. It This will bring our enterprises economic benefits in machinery, construction, coal, electricity, chemicals and numerous other industries.
