【摘要】 云南地处边疆少数民族地区,一直处于相对落后、欠发达地区。随着西部大开发号角的吹响,东盟经济自由贸易区的形成,云南也进入了快速发展期,但相对于云南经济发展的状况,边疆铁路所存在的运能低、路网稀等问题逐渐凸显,使铁路的发展与现有云南经济的发展不成比例,同时也使铁路运输成为制约云南经济发展的“瓶颈”。今年上半年,云南省工业经济快速增长(同比增长13.5%),对铁路运输的需求日益旺盛。现在,全省准轨运输需求量日均11000车,但终因运力有限仅兑现2076车,运输需求满足率仅为18.9%。如何打破这个“瓶颈”,使云南铁路企业的地位、作用与云南经济快速发展的状况相匹配,为云南经济发展提供强有力的保障,根据昆明铁路局的实际情况制定一个合理科学的发展战略是云南边疆铁路发展的关键。这也是本文所研究的主要课题。本文通过分析云南边疆铁路昆明铁路局现有状况和该企业的外部环境因素和内部条件,总结出它所面临的机遇与威胁以及所具有的优势与弱势,并用PEST法分析和波特教授提出的五力产业结构模型分析云南铁路企业所面临的外部环境和所处的竞争状态:即新进入者的威胁、行业内现有企业间的竞争、替代品的威胁、供应者讨价还价的能力和购买者讨价还价的能力,同时运用现代企业战略分析工具SWOT分析法找到云南铁路企业的优势、弱势、机会和威胁,从而确定出云南铁路要进一步发展必须采取快速发展战略,同时结合其实际情况提出了实施新战略相关措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yunnan province is located at the aerie of national minority, the economy is still at the lower and undeveloped stage. As the strategy of develop western aerie was set up, and the economy free land of east alliance formed, the Yunnan’s economy is coming into fast developing time. But contrast the condition of the Yunnan’s developing economy, the problem of the border railway that is lower complicity of transport and scarce net of railway is appear, compare with the Yunnan’s economy, the development of the border railway is not on match, and at the same time, the border railway restrict the Yunnan’s developing economy. In the last half year, Yunnan’s industry economy increase quickly(increase 13.5% compare with the same time of last year), it quite need the railway to transport. At the present, it need to load 11000 trains per day for the whole province, but only can provide 2076 trains per day about the standard railway, the rate of providing is only 18.9%. how can break the restriction, let the stage and function of the Yunnan railway match up with the condition of the Yunnan’s fast developing economy, and provide the strong support for the Yunnan’s developing economy, it is the key that made a suitable development strategy of the Yunnan border railway according to the matter of Kunming railway bureau l. It is also the main task of the thesis analysis.The paper analyse the present conditions and the elements of the inner and the outside situation of Yunnan border railway Kunming railway bureau, and summarize the facing Opportunities and the Threats, and analyze the outside situation and competition condition through the way of PEST analysis and professor Poter’s five factors structure model: the threaten of new competition enterprise, present competition enterprise, the threaten of replace product, the bargain ability of supplyer and the bargain ability of customer. Then find the opportunities, the Threats, the Strengths, the Weaknesses of Yunnan railway bureau using current strategy method , SWOT analysis.
