无头轧制专用焊机电源的研究与开发

【摘要】 在冶金行业中,无头连续轧制将采用闪光焊接技术。而焊机电源在闪光焊接中起着至关重要的作用。因此研究高可靠,高性能无头轧制专用焊机电源即闪光焊机电源是非常必要的。它可以保证焊机正常工作,减少机械和电气事故,延长易损件使用寿命,减低工作强度从而实现无间隙地生产钢材,大幅度提高车间的经济效益,降低生产成本,提高钢材质量。同时,通过研究也有助于提高我国专用焊机电源设计制造技术水平。本课题在分析了各种次级整流焊机电源电路结构的基础上,并结合无头轧制的特点,确定了适合无头轧制焊机电源的电路结构。在确定了电路结构以后,设计了适合本焊机电源的控制模型。通过分析比较计算选择出了适合本电源电路的控制器、元器件等。具体讨论了DSP芯片控制焊机电源的硬件电路设计,重点介绍了闪光焊机电源的主回路的数字同步和触发电路、控制电路的键盘和显示、保护电路等。提出了DSP控制的无头轧制专用焊机电源信息控制思想,建立了焊机电源数字化、信息化、柔性化的平台。通过仿真软件PSPICE和MULTISIM对主电路和同步电路的运行情况进行了仿真测试,在此基础上,对电路出现的缺点进行了改进。实验表明,该焊机电源能够满足无头轧制系统中对闪光焊机的大电流、低电压的工艺要求,实现了焊机控制的数字化。

【Abstract】 In the metallurgy field, the flash welding technology is introduced in the endless-rollingprocess. But the welding machine power supply is very important to the flash welding. It isnecessary to study the welding machine power supply for endless-rolling. It can assure theworking reliability of welding machine, decrease the mechanical and electric fault, prolongapparatus’s life, reduce cost and increase product quality. At the same time, it helps to advancingdesign and manufacture level of welding machine power supply of my country.In this paper, the circuit configuration is ascertained on the basis of analyzing other circuitconfiguration of welding machine power supply, which links with the characteristics of endlessrolling.Then, the control model of power supply is designed. The components, controllers andprotecting circuit which suit this circuit is collected through analyzing and calculating. SCRdigital trigger, synchronous, keyboard, display and sampling circuit are designed. Informationcontrol of welding machine and establishes digital, informational, soft control platform ofwelding machine also be put forward. And then, the working circumstances of the power supplycircuit are simulated by the software PSPICE and MULTISIM. On the basis of it, the bug ofcircuit is corrected. The experimentation proves this system based on DSP can work instabilization, satisfy the welder power supply process requirement. All of these indicate that thiswelding machine realizes digital control of welding machine.
