汽车尾气排放测试的研究及系统开发

【摘要】 随着汽车在全世界范围的普遍使用,汽车文明的副产物——汽车尾气所造成的环境污染问题也日益突出。人们根据汽车排放污染物的特点及危害,相继制定了越来越严格的汽车尾气排放法规。为了改善环境、达到排放限制,如何控制汽车排放污染物已成为世界各国研究的重要课题之一,从而不断涌现出各种检测新技术。本文在论述国内外汽车尾气排放检测系统的发展现状和趋势,研究汽车排气污染物的生成机理、影响因素和检测原理,介绍目前国内外汽车污染物的排放法规和标准,分析汽车尾气排放的检测方法的基础上,结合汽车实际行驶的条件,确定加速模拟工况法(ASM工况)作为测试系统的检测方法。该方法的特点是仪器成本、使用维护费用低,在有载的条件下检测汽车整车尾气排放,更接近汽车在道路上行驶的尾气排放情况。以CDM—1000型汽车底盘测功机为道路行驶工况的模拟试验装置,采用NHA-501型废气分析仪作为测试仪器,二次开发测功机和废气分析仪并扩展其功能。在满足汽车尾气排放稳态加速模拟工况(ASM工况排放)检测的前提下,通过最新的面向对象的软件编程技术,开发出汽车尾气排放检测系统。以RS-232C串口通信协议为基础,利用串口通信技术和Cserial类控件,设计上位机PC与废气分析仪之间的通信接口电路和PC机对废气分析仪的控制代码,构建汽车尾气检测系统的硬件部分;在软件方面,采用面向对象的编程技术及可视化的编程语言Visual C++6.0作为开发平台,设计友好的尾气排放检测系统操作界面和数据库模块,同时结合界面的设计,描述系统检测的功能和运行过程。该系统将计算机检测技术、工业控制技术、网络通讯技术和电子测量技术有机地结合为一体。通过各种技术的综合应用,实现汽车尾气测试系统的实时自动检测,提高汽车尾气检测水平和精度。
【Abstract】 With the automobile widespread use in the world, the by-product of the automobile civilization—automobile exhaust pollution which caused the environmental pollution question is increasingly conspicuous. As deeply awareness for vehicle emission characteristics and hazard, Peoples formulated increasingly stringent vehicle emissions regulations. How to control vehicle emissions of pollutants has become an important research topic in the world, various inspection technologies unceasingly emerged too.This paper first elaborated on the domestic and international automobile emission testing system development status and trends, deeply discussed formation mechanism,effect factors,testing principle of the automobile exhaust pollutants, introduced current domestic, international vehicle’s emission regulations and standards and analyzed the automobile exhaust testing method. Based on the above discussions, unified the automobile actual traveled condition, made certain accelerated simulation conditions (ASM working condition) as the inspection method of the test system. This method characteristic is that the instrument cost and the use maintenance cost is low, it tested the entire automobile exhaust emission under the loaded condition and more approached the automobile exhaust situation on the path.Take the CDM-1000 automobile chassis dynamometer as the testing installment simulated the path travel operating mode, the NHA-501 emission analyzer as the testing instrument. This article has carried on the development more and the function expansion for two equipments. In the premise of satisfied the automobile emission testing of steady acceleration simulation conditions and developed the inspection system of the automobile exhaust through the newest software establishment technology.Taking the serial communication agreement of between the two emission test equipments as the foundation, Using the Serial communication technologies and characteristics of the Cserial, designed the communication interface circuit and control sections between the exhaust analyzer and PC, constructed the hardware of the automobile exhaust inspection system. In the software aspect, using the object-oriented programming techniques and visible programming language Visual C++6.0 as the developed platform, designed the friendly interface for the inspection system, Meanwhile integrated the designed interface described system function and the operation process.The system unified organically the computer inspection technology, the industry control computer technology, the network communication and the electronic surveying technology. By the combination of each kind of technical application, the automobile exhaust test system has realized the real-time and automatic test and raised the automobile exhaust tested level and precision.
