【摘要】 近年来,我国农业高职教育有了很大的发展,其作为农业教育面向“三农”的重要组成部分为农村各类事业建设培养了急需的多种应用型人才,促进了农村社会进步和农业经济发展。然而,随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来,高等职业院校毕业生就业难的问题也愈加突出,尤其是农业高等职业院校的毕业生,其就业现状较其他类高职院校毕业生而言更加令人堪忧,这种就业现状直接关系到农业高职教育改革的深入以及农业高职教育的生存和发展。因此,紧紧围绕“三农”问题与社会主义新农村建设,充分认识目前农业高职毕业生面临的就业环境,分析其就业现状、存在的问题及影响因素,提出相应的解决办法就成为学术界急需探讨的问题。本文主要是从农业高职就业的理论基础、环境、现状、影响因素四方面对农业高职就业问题进行分析的。论文首先简要介绍了西方就业理论和马克思就业理论及其对我国就业的启示;接着对我国高校学生就业环境的转变进行了全面地分析,并阐明了在此环境下农业高职毕业生就业的特点及就业环境存在的问题;在了解了农业高职毕业生就业的大背景之后,本文又通过电话、网络、问卷调查等方法,对农业高职毕业生的就业率、就业意向、择业心态、就业指导、就业途径等有关问题进行细致地调查,从调查结果中反映出农业高职毕业生就业面临的困境,为促进农业高职毕业生就业提供了实证基础;在掌握了农业高职毕业生就业现状的基础上,本文借鉴管理学的SWOT分析法对影响农业高职生就业现状的因素进行分析,通过SWOT矩阵来清晰反映影响农业高职生就业的各种影响因素,使其成为农业高职生就业对策研究的理论工具。在科学就业理论的指导下,通过以上对农业高职就业问题进行全面分析和把握之后,本文又在吸取大学生成功就业经验的基础上,提出了解决农业高职就业问题的三个对策,即积极推进农业、农村社会经济发展,增加就业岗位;坚持教育创新,培养适应社会经济发展的农业高职人才;加强就业指导,完善就业市场。同时还提出了两项政策性建议即鼓励自主创业和完善社会保障制度。由此可以看出,本论题具有一定的研究意义。在理论上,它具有填补我国农业高职就业问题研究的空缺的学术价值;在现实中,研究农业高职就业问题,提出解决对策,将会为我国农业高职院校解决实际就业问题提供理论依据;有利于带动农业高职招生,促进农业高职教育进入一个良性循环的发展阶段;并且对政府就业政策的合理调整具有一定指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, higher vocational-agriculture education (HAVE) which is the important part in agricultural education aiming at the development of farmer-country-agriculture (FCA) has made great progress and promoted the social advancement and agriculture economic development by supplying kinds of applied human resource.Meanwhile, as the time of mass education is on the horizon, it is more and more difficult for the graduates in higher vocational to find a proper job, especially for the graduates in HAVE, which is more worrying, compared with other types of graduates in VC .this situation will prevent from going deep into the reform in HAVE and tamper with its survival and development.Therefore, it is critical to find out the employment situations which the graduates in HAVE face to, analyze the problems and related factors, and propose the solutions in academe.This paper explores the employment issue in HVE by analyzing the theories, environment, situation and related factors.At the beginning, it introduces the western employment theories and Marx employment theory, then analyses the changes in the employment environment and illustrates the employment characteristics and problems in employment environment for the graduates in HAVE. After comprehending the background of the employment, the paper investigates the employment rate, employment intent, employment attitude, employment guidance and employment means. The investigation reflects the employment difficulties and offers the positive materials for the employment of the graduates in HAVE. Based on the employment situation of graduates in HAVE, the paper adopts the SWOT Matrix technique which is always applied in management theory to analyze the related factors in employment. That makes it a useful tool as the countermeasure for employment.Under the guidance of Employment in the scientific theory and through grasping and analyzing the Agricultural Vocational employment problems above, This paper gained experience in the successful employment of university and give three measures to the employment problem of Agricultural Vocational , that is actively promoting agriculture, rural socio-economic development, creating jobs; Insisting on Educational Innovation ,Training adapt to the social and economic development of the Agricultural Vocational personnel; strengthen employment guidance and improve the job market. Also made two policy recommendations which are encourage their own businesses, and improve the social security system.It can be seen that the topic is significant in someplace. On theoretic fact, it has academic value which can fill vacancies in the study of China’s Agricultural Vocational employment; In reality, studying Vocational agricultural employment issues and giving solutions provide a theoretical basis for higher vocational institutions to solve practical problems of employment; lead to higher vocational agriculture students, Vocational agriculture education into a virtuous cycle stage of development; and guide the government to adjust reasonable the employment policy.更多还原
