【摘要】 在经济全球化的进程中,文化的交流与冲突加剧,国家文化安全问题也越来越受到各国的重视。本文正是基于这样的认识,来探讨我国的文化安全问题的。全文共分五个部分。第一部分主要介绍了本文的选题意义、与论文选题相关的研究现状,以及本文的创新点和研究方法。第二部分分析了经济全球化进程中文化安全问题产生的动因与特征。首先,阐述了经济全球化发展促进文化的全球化。其次,认为经济全球化的发展是当今世界文化安全问题凸现的动因。最后,分析了经济全球化背景下,文化安全的新特征:地位日益突出;内容多元化;防范难度增大;信息安全成为文化安全的重心;文化安全的实质是文化主权与文化霸权之争。第三部分论述经济全球化背景下苏东国家在文化安全领域的教训与文化安全的战略地位。首先,对前苏东国家在文化安全领域深刻教训进行分析。其次分析了经济全球化背景下的文化安全的战略地位:一是,经济全球化背景下文化安全已经成为国家安全的灵魂;二是,经济全球化背景下文化安全已经成为一国综合国力的重要标志;三是,经济全球化背景下国家文化安全关系着社会主义事业的兴衰与成败;四是,经济全球化背景下文化安全已经成为影响社会政治稳定的重要因素。第四部分分析了经济全球化背景下中国文化安全的基本态势。认为经济全球化进程中中国文化安全在面临难得的发展机遇的同时,也面临着严峻的挑战,并从这两个方面对经济全球化背景下中国文化安全的现状进行了详细地阐述。第五部分论述了经济全球化背景下中国文化安全的任务与战略思考。首先考察了经济全球化背景下中国共产党对文化安全理论的创新与发展,主要是对经济全球化背景下我国文化安全理论的发展进程与中国共产党对文化安全理论的创新内容进行阐述。其次分析了新世纪新阶段中国文化安全的战略任务有三方面:一是,坚持马克思主义理论的与时俱进;二是,推动民族优秀文化的创新发展;三是,加强中国特色社会主义先进文化建设。最后提出了新世纪新阶段维护中国文化安全的具体战略选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultural exchange and the conflict intensify in the progress of the economic globalization. The problem of national culture security is also valued by all countries. This paper precisely based on such understanding discusses the problem of our national culture security.The paper is totally divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the importance of the selected topics in this paper, the present situation of the public opinion about the elected topics paper in the related research as well as the innovation and the research method of this paper.The second part analyzes the motives and the characteristics of studying the problem of cultural security. First, the economical globalization promotes cultural globalization. Next, the motive of intensified problems of cultural security is economic globalization. Finally, the paper analyzes new characteristics of cultural security under the background of economical globalization: the status is day by day prominent; multi-content; The difficulty of guarding the culture security increase; The information security becomes the center of cultural security; The essence of cultural security is of struggle of the cultural sovereignty and the cultural hegemony.The third part is about the lesson of cultural security domain of East Soviet country and culture security strategic status under the economy globalization background. First, cultural security has become the soul of national security. Second, culture security has been the important symbol of a country comprehensive national strength under the economical globalization background. Third, under economical globalization background, culture security relates to the success or failure of the socialism countries. Fourth, culture security influences the stability of the society.The fourth part has analyzed the basic situation of the Chinese culture security under the economical globalization background. The paper concludes in the economical globalization advancement, the safely of the Chinese culture faces the rare development opportunity and the stern challenge, and from these two aspects analyzes the present situation of Chinese culture security in detail under the economical globalization background.The fifth part elaborated the duty of Chinese culture security and the strategic ponder under the economical globalization background. First, the paper inspected the innovation and the development of the cultural security theory under the economical globalization background which the Communist Party of China made, and it is mainly about the development advancement and the innovation content of culture security theory which the Communist Party of China made. Next, the paper has analyzed Chinese culture security strategic mission in the new century and new stage, and it have three aspects: firstly, it persists the Marxism theory which keeping pace with time; Secondly, it impels the innovation development of the national outstanding culture; Thirdly, it strengthens the advanced cultural reconstruction of Chinese characteristic socialism. Finally, it proposes the concrete strategic choice of the Chinese culture security in the new century and new stage.更多还原
