基于J2EE的木材生产数字化管理系统关键技术的研究与实现

【摘要】 目前,木材管理仍然是林业工作中的薄弱环节。采购销售等环节“暗箱操作”、生产过程“跑冒滴漏”等问题在一些企业中仍比较突出,严重制约着企业经济效益和市场竞争力的提高,国家财产遭受巨大损失。因此,寻找一种科学化、数字化的管理方法势在必行。本系统通过对生产、运输和销售全过程的全方位数字化跟踪管理,解决了前面提到的问题,提高了操作人员的工作效率,为企业带来了可观的经济效益和社会效益。本论文首先介绍了系统的开发背景及研究的内容和意义。通过对系统的需求进行认真细致的分析,决定采用J2EE框架进行系统的开发,从而将整个林业局的生产经营完整的管理起来,真正实现木材生产销售的网络化和信息化管理。随后,对木材生产数字化管理系统进行设计。将系统划分为系统管理、初始化数据、生产运输管理、木材存储管理以及木材销售管理几个模块。各个模块有机结合,将整个业务流程紧密地衔接在一起。系统采用了基于J2EE平台架构的三层分布式体系结构,实现了业务逻辑和显示逻辑的分离,缓解了由于计算过多而形成的胖客户端情况,极大地提高系统的运行效率。最后,根据系统界面的简单明了和用户向导原则来进行系统的实现。系统实现了木材生产和销售过程中相关数据的存储、显示和统计查询等功能。强大的报表统计查询功能为操作员的工作带来了很大便利,三级销售管理使得整个销售过程更加严密,在很大程度上遏制了国有资产的大量流失。论文综合运用安全防护与管理技术、中间件技术、条码技术、分布式数据库技术,拓宽了现有技术的应用领域。通过对关键技术的研究,极大的提高了系统的运行效率和安全性。本系统的成功应用对塔河林业局数字林业甚至数字塔河的研建具有深远的影响和意义。
【Abstract】 At present, the lumber management was still the weak link in the forestry work. The problem of the operation behind back in the link of purchase and sale and the lose of lumber in the process of production and so on are still prominent in some enterprises, seriously restricts the enhancement of the enterprise economic efficiency and the market competition, the state property suffers the heavy loss. Therefore, the forestry bureau needs to seek a kind of scientific, digital management imperative. This system has solved the problem mentioned through the omni-directional digitized track management to the entire process of producing, transporting and selling, enhanced the efficiency of operator’s working and brought the considerable economic efficiency and the social efficiency for the enterprise.First, the thesis introduces the development background as well as the research content and the significance of the system. Through the careful analysis to the system demand, I decide to use the J2EE frame to develop the system, so as to manage the entire forestry bureau’s production management integrally, realizing network and the informational management of the timber production and sale truly.Then, the thesis introduces the designing of the timber production digital management system. I divide the system into several modules such as the system management, the initialization data, the producing and transporting management, the lumber storing management as well as the lumber sale management. Each module integrates organically, links up the entire operation flow in together closely. The system has used three tiers distributional architecture based on the J2EE platform construction, which realizes the separation of operation logic and the demonstration logic. It also allays the emergence of the fat client side as a result of calculating excessively, enhances the operating efficiency of the system enormously.Finally, the thesis introduces the system realization according to the simple and user guiding principle of the system surface. The system has realized storing, demonstration and statistical searching and so on of correlating data in the timber production and sales process. The formidable statistic and searching function of report makes the operator’s work greatly convenient, three level of sales management makes the entire sales process to be stricter, and avoiding massive outflows of the state asset greatly.The thesis uses safe protection and management technology, middleware technology, bar code technology, distributed database technology in together, widening the application fields of existing technology. Through the study on key technology, the operational efficiency and security of the system has enhanced greatly. The successful application of the system has far- reaching influence and meaning to the rcscarch and dcvclopmcnt of TaHc forcstry burcau digital forestry and digital TaHe even.
