【摘要】 改革开放以来，浙江以其惊人的经济增长速度令人刮目相看。浙江经济快速发展的一个重要原因是：特色产业区的蓬勃发展。浙江经济这一发展模式极具研究价值。本文采用规范分析与实证研究相结合的方法，从评价浙江省特色产业区竞争力现状入手，分析导致竞争力现状的原因，并深层次探讨这种竞争力的来源。首先，从特色产业区规模、效益和成长性三个层面构建了浙江省特色产业区竞争力的评价指标体系，并利用该指标体系对浙江省16个典型特色产业区的竞争力进行了评价，总结出浙江省特色产业区竞争力现状呈现四大特征。然后，从六个方面分析竞争力现状的成因。最后，探讨了浙江省特色产业区竞争力的形成问题，归纳出竞争力主要来源于：1、资源集聚：特色产业区为产业区企业的生产和销售提供了有效的支撑，降低了生产和销售成本，从而在市场竞争中占据优势。2、分工协作：特色产业区的分工协作特性，创造了外部经济和集体效率。3、区域集聚：特色产业区内部的竞争自强化机制，刺激了企业创新和企业衍生。4、资源共享：公共物品和区域品牌的共享大大增强了产业区企业的比较竞争优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zhejiang has made new eyes to look at its astonishing economic growth sincereform and opening-up of China. A important reason of Zhejiang economyfast-developing is: flourishing developments of the characteristic industry districts.The development mode of Zhejiang economy has the huge research value.This articleadopts the method which combines the standard analysis and demonstration analysis,starting with evaluating the competitiveness of Zhejiang’s characteristic industrialdistricts, analysising reasons that cause the actualities of competitiveness andspecifically discussing the origin of such competitiveness.First, constructs the evaluation target system of Zhejiang’s characteristicindustrial districts competitiveness from scale, benefit and growth three aspects ofcharacteristic industrial district, and utilizes this target system to evaluate thecompetitiveness of Zhejiang’s 16 typical characteristics industrial districts,summarizes that the competitiveness actualities of Zhejiang’s characteristic industrialdistricts present four main characteristics.Then, analyzes the origin of the competitiveness actualities from six aspects.Finally, discusses the competitiveness formation mechanism of Zhejiang’scharacteristic industrial districts, concludes that the competitiveness mainly roots in: 1st, resource-gathering: the characteristic industrial district provides the effectivesupports for enterprises’ production and sale in the industrial districts, reduces theproduction cost and sale cost, thus occupies preponderance in the market competition.2nd, division of work and collaboration: division of work and collaboration createsthe external economy and collective efficient.3rd,regional gathering: theself-reinforcing mechanism of competition in the characteristic industrial districtsstimulates the enterprise innovation and enterprise spin-off. 4th, resource-sharing: thesharing of public goods and regional brand greatly strengthens the comparativecompetitive advantage of enterprises in the industrial district.更多还原
