产水剂对硅烷接枝聚乙烯交联作用研究

【摘要】 本文采用HAAKE流变仪作为反应器,将不饱和硅烷熔融接枝到低密度聚乙烯,制得硅烷接枝聚乙烯(接枝料),然后将能通过化学或物理作用产生水的物质(产水剂)加入该体系熔融共混,放置一段时间后得到硅烷交联聚乙烯(交联料)。系统研究了加工时产水剂产生的水对接枝料水解、交联的影响和熔体转矩流变性能的影响,同时探讨了接枝料和交联料的毛细管流变性能和熔融结晶性能。实验结果表明硅烷用量一定,引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)含量很低时(0.005phr),聚乙烯熔体扭矩随混合时间延长变化缓慢;当DCP含量大于0.015phr,熔体的扭矩呈现先上升后下降的趋势,并且随着DCP含量的提高,扭矩增大,达到最高峰的时间提前;加入产水剂后,接枝料熔体扭矩上升加快,特别是加入产水剂磷酸二氢钠或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂干胶粉后,熔体扭矩增加了一倍多;凝胶含量测定结果表明产水剂可以明显地提高接枝料的交联速度。接枝料加工流变性能研究表明,HAAKE转子转速越高,扭矩曲线的峰值越大,达到最高峰的时间越短,并且料温上升也越快。毛细管流变测试则表明体系为假塑性流体,随着剪切速率的增大,体系的表观黏度对温度的依赖性减小。熔体流动速率(MFR)测试表明,接枝料的MFR随DCP用量的增多而减小。红外光谱分析谱图佐证了聚乙烯发生了接枝、交联反应。DTA分析结果表明,随着DCP用量的提高,接枝料的熔融峰和结晶峰面积均逐渐减小。DSC分析表明,接枝料的结晶温度、结晶度、结晶速率均随DCP用量的增加而下降;添加不同产水剂后,经水解交联得到的交联料的结晶度(XC)比相应的接枝料低,以HCOONa·2H2O作为产水剂时,结晶温度最低。偏光显微镜分析结果表明,接枝料中有较明显的晶体颗粒,而交联料中基本看不到明显的晶体。

【Abstract】 In this paper, polyethylene was melting grafted with vinyl silane in thereactor of HAAKE Rheometer, and then water bringing agent was added toit, a period of time later, crosslinked stuff was obtained. The paperresearched the effect of the water bringing agent to hydrolyze, crosslinkingand rheological property of grafted stuff, meanwhile, discussed thecapillary rheological property and crystal performance of grafted andcrosslinked stuff.The results indicate that when DCP content is 0.005phr and the dosageof grafting monomer vinyl silane is invariable, the torque is added slowlyalong with the time protract. When DCP content is more than 0.015phr, alltorque curves have a rise trend at first, then decline, the torque is increasedalong with the increasing of DCP content, and the time reached torque peakin curves is in advance. After adding some water bringing agents, thetorque of grafted stuff is rising quicken, especially when NaH2PO3·2H2Oor melamine is added, the torque is doubled all. From gel content testingdata, the crosslinking velocity of grafted stuff with adding water bringingagent can be improved obviously. Rheological performance of grafted stuff research indicate that alongwith the increasing of the HAAKE rotate speed, the peak value of thetorque curves increase, and the time reaching torque peak in curves is inadvance, meanwhile the stuff temperature rise more rapid. Capillaryrheological testing show that the system is pseudo-plastic fluid, as shearrate increasing, the dependence of shear viscosity on temperature is lower.MFR tests indicate that the MFR of grafted stuff is minished along with theincreasing of DCP content: Infrared Spectra Analysis evidenced that thegrafting and crosslinking reaction is occurred.DTA results indicate that the melt and crystal apex of grafted stuff isminished gradually along with the increasing of DCP dosage. DSC testingresults indicate that the crystal temperature, crystal degree and crystalspeed of grafted stuff are declined along with the increase of DCP content;after adding different water bringing agent, the crystal degree ofcrosslinked stuff is lower than relevant grafted stuff; when the waterbringing agent is HCOONa·2H2O, the crystal temperature is the minimum.From the deflection light microscope, we can see obvious crystal grain inthe grafted stuff, but we can not see obvious crystal grain in the crosslinkedstuff.
