【摘要】 马克思利息理论为社会主义中国的利息理论研究与利率实践奠定了指导基础，而凯恩斯利息理论虽然没有摆脱资本主义制度的局限性，但作为西方利息理论的主要代表，推动了西方利息理论的突破与发展。本文以马克思利息理论为指导，并运用马克思主义的观点和方法对马克思与凯恩斯利息理论进行深度比较，以期为我国的利率实践提供以马克思思想为指导又能融合凯恩斯利息理论之长的理论。本文系统地总结了马克思与凯恩斯利息理论的主要内容，不仅从利息的来源与本质、利率的水平与决定、利率与各经济变量的联系等方面探讨了两种利息理论的分野，更试着从两者的研究起点、理论基础、论述视角、阶级立场出发，探索两种利息理论种种分歧的根源。在两种利息理论分野分析的基础上，结合现实的经济社会条件，指出两者虽然存在着本质不同，但在市场利率决定、市场利率水平的界限、利率的杠杆功能以及利率政策思维等方面确有某些相通之处。因此，对凯恩斯利息理论既不能“驳倒”也不能“拜倒”，而要在批判的基础上吸取凯恩斯利息理论的“合理内核”；对马克思利息理论则要在坚持的基础上，结合我国利率改革的具体情况，使之更加中国化，并长期用于指导我国的利率实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Marx’s interest theory has laid the solid foundation for the socialist countries interest fundamental research and the interest rate practice, but Keynes’s interest theory, although has not gotten rid the limit of the capitalist system, but still impelled the western interest theory development. This paper take the Marx’s interest theory as the instruction, and carried on the depth using of Marxism’s viewpoint and the method to compare the Marx’s and Keynes’s interest theory, to provided a kind of interest theory which Primarily unifies Keynes’s interest theory by Marx’s interest theory for our country interest rate practice.The paper summary the main content of Marx’s and Keynes’s interest theory. Afterwards not only from the origin and essential of interest, the level and decision of interest rate, the various economical variable side oral examination of interest rate and so on to inspect two kind of interest theories dividing line, but tries to from two theory’s research beginnings, theory foundations, elaboration angle of view, and Social class’s standpoint, to explore this all sorts of divergent the root.Based on the above, and union the conditions of reality economic society, the paper pointed out that although have essential differences, these two kinds of interest theories have some common places in the market rate decided, market rate level aspect and so on, Therefore, we must treatment the Keynes’s interest theory in foundation of critique and absorb the advantageous aspect to our country Interest rate practice; And to Marx’s interest theory We must persist it and unifies the China’s situation to carry on the development to it.更多还原
