【摘要】 滨海旅游度假地是当前国内外旅游度假地的主流类型，随着我国度假旅游市场的成熟，以及海洋开发时代的到来，滨海旅游度假地的开发建设成为近期旅游开发的热点之一。本文以区位论、旅游地空间竞争理论及可持续发展理论等相关理论为指导，从资源条件、市场基础及区域背景环境三个维度对滨海旅游度假地的建设条件进行分析，并针对度假旅游的特点，创新性地将生态环境因素纳入滨海度假旅游资源的范畴。以福建省滨海旅游度假地系统为研究对象，对福建省滨海地区进行滨海旅游度假地开发条件和开发现状进行分析，并在此基础上提出福建滨旅游度假地存在的问题，最后针对存在问题，对福建省滨海旅游度假地发展提出深入挖掘资源特色、设计多样化度假项目，大力拓展市场空间、塑造鲜明度假旅游形象及提高综合服务质量，加强度假地管理等相关优化思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coastal resort is the main type of domestic and foreign resort currently, along withmaturity of domestic tourist market, as well as the ocean development time arrival, theconstruction of coastal resort will become a hot spot in future.This paper using position theory, tourist space competition theory and sustainabledevelopment theory ect. to instruct, from three dimensions analysis the conditions ofcoastal resorts development which included the resources condition, the marketfoundation and the region background environment, aimed at the characteristics of coastalresorts, brought the ecological environment factor as tourist resources originally. Thispaper took the coastal resorts system of Fujian province as the research object, analysisthe development condition and development situation of Fujian coastal resorts currently,and proposed the question of Fujian coastal resorts as these foundation, finally aimed atthe existence question, proposed the correlation optimization mentality to Fujian coastalresorts which included excavated characteristics of resources deeply, designeddiversification project of coastal resorts, developed the market space vigorously,portrayed stark image of coastal resorts, improved the synthesis grade of service andstrengthen the management of coastal resorts ect..更多还原
