【摘要】 城市群是区域经济发展的一个实体，是区域经济空间组织的重要载体。随着经济全球化、区域经济一体化的加速发展，城市化进程也在高速推进，城市群作为区域经济最重要的发展极，越来越居于支撑和主导地位，成为区域核心竞争力和形象的代表。在国内外的区域激烈竞争中，都不同程度地把发展各自的城市群作为实现区域崛起的“龙头”。目前，在我国已经出现了长三角、珠三角、京津冀、山东半岛、辽中南、成渝和中原等城市群，国家把城市群的发展作为推进城市化的主流形态，正在重点规划和布局。福建作为海峡西岸的主体，提出了建设海峡西岸经济区的发展战略，得到中央和国家的支持。国家建设部提出了海峡西岸城市群的概念，并明确指出主体是福建，同时纳入全国重点规划和布局中。本文针对海峡西岸主体城市群相对落后于长三角、珠三角两大城市群，面临着“南北央击”之势和我国东南沿海优势整合的薄弱环节，运用经济地理学、城市地理学、区域经济学和社会学等相关学科的理论和方法，从城市群的概念、内涵、基本特征、空间表现和功能作用等方面入手，深入分析了海峡西岸主体城市群的基本内涵，并对城市群形成发展的客观基础进行详细阐述，剖析了城市群发展过程中存在的问题。采用神经网络的聚类法，研究海峡西岸主体城市群的空间分布规律，提出中心城市(城市群的中心)—区域性中心城市(城市群的次中心)—骨干城市—一般县市的空间层级。并在国家规划的城市群总体布局要求、海峡西岸经济区发展布局和现代综合交通网络的指导下，提出“一带，三圈，五轴”的空间发展新格局。在此基础上，探讨城市群及其内部城市之间形成互动互补、错位竞争、分工合作的功能结构。最后提出海峡西岸主体城市群协调发展的保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban Agglomeration is an entity of the regional economic development. It also isan important carrier of the regional economic space organization. With the fastdeveloping of economic globalization and integration of regional economics, theurbanization process pushes into the high speed, urban agglomeration is an importantgrowth pole and plays a vital part in shaping the regional economic development, whooccupies the position of supporting and leading more and more. It is becoming therepresentative of key competitiveness and image of area. In the regional keen competitionat home and abroad, develop one’s own urban agglomeration regard as " cock "that areaemerges in various degree. At present, China has already appeared more and more urbanagglomerations, such as Changing River Delta urban agglomeration、Zhujiang RiverDelta urban agglomeration、Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan urban agglomeration、Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration、The south of Liaozhong urban agglomeration、Central Plains urban agglomeration and so on. The country regards the development ofthe urban agglomeration as the major form of advancing the urbanization, is planning andoverall arrangement. Fujian is regarded as the central part of the west side of the TaiwanStrait, it sets forth the development strategy of building the economic region of the westside Of the Taiwan Straits, which gets support from central authorities and country.National ministry of construction has put forward the concept of the urban agglomerationof the west side of the Taiwan Strait, points out clearly the central part is Fujian, whichbring into national planning and arrangement at the same time.Fujian Province whose economy is comparatively less developed, facing "aconverging attack" from the south and the north due to the fact that it falls far behind thetwo Urban Agglomerations of Changjiang River Delta and Zhujiang River Delta in itsregional competition. Its special status of location, competition and cooperation is animportant background for Fujian to put forward a new strategy of building the urbanagglomeration in the central part of the west side of Taiwan Strait, the rapid developme,ntof which will objectively make up the disadvantage of the coastal regional economicdevelopment in the Southeast of China. From this point of view, the reality urges people to do research theoretically into the spatial arrangement and the function structure of theurban agglomeration in the central part of the west side of Taiwan Strait, which has aprofound social and economic significance. Using theories and methods of EconomicGeography, Urban Geography, Region Economics and Sociology and so on, and from thepoint of the concept, the connotation, the development conditions, the function and thecharacteristic of urban agglomeration development, the thesis analyses the mainconnotation of the urban agglomeration in the central part of west side of Taiwan Straitwhose existing problems are pointed out in detail though the analysis of vast factors withthe method of regional aggregation structure definition and the explanation of theobjective foundation of urban agglomeration development. Meanwhile, the thesis appliesthe self-organizing classification of the spatial level of the urban agglomeration in thecentral part of the west side of Taiwan Strait though the method of aggregation functionof nerve net. Thus forms a basic structure system of central cities (the centre of the urbanagglomeration)—regional central cities (side centers of the urban agglomeration)—main cities—common county. Under the guidance of the total arrangement requires ofthe urban agglomeration of the country plans, the development arrangement of theeconomic region of west side of Taiwan Strait and modern comprehensive traffic network,the thesis puts forward a new spatial arrangement organization of"a belt, three circles andfive axis". The thesis also points out the function structure and the clear functionalposition that every city should exert advantages, share resources and form a pattern offunctional complementation, differentiated competition, work division and cooperation.And taking real condition into consideration, the thesis discusses guarantee measures topromote development coordinating of the urban agglomeration in the central part of thewest side of Taiwan Strait.更多还原
