【摘要】 我国是世界产煤第一大国，也是煤炭消费大国，煤炭生产和消费引发的问题已十分严重，改变这一状况我们不仅要研究洁净煤技术本身，还要研究洁净煤技术的传播。本文选择全国产煤第一大市——鄂尔多斯市进行洁净煤技术传播的研究。目前，关于科学技术传播的研究在国内已比较活跃，新闻、传播、经济、管理、哲学、社会学等学界的不少学者都参与其中，视角有所不同。本文采用科技传播视角，参照传播学界的“5W模式”，构建了一个新“5W模式”，即“why(为什么传播)，what is present situatibn(传播现状)，what(传播内容)，who-to whom(传播主客体)，in what channel(通过什么渠道媒介)”。在此理论框架下，对鄂尔多斯市洁净煤技术传播进行了比较系统的研究。关于为什么传播，本文认为这是科技传播研究体系的一个重要环节，并从多角度具体分析了鄂尔多斯市传播洁净煤技术的必要性。关于传播现状，本文通过大量问卷调查和技术应用调查，发现目前鄂尔多斯市洁净煤技术传播和应用还很不平衡，并没有开展系统的洁净煤技术传播活动。关于传播内容，本文认为鄂尔多斯市不仅要传播洁净煤技术知识本身，而且要传播其多方面的意义，甚至其可能造成的负面影响。关于传播主客体，本文强调其二重性及双向互动，并扩展了具体的洁净煤技术传播主体和客体。关于传播载体和途径，本文也做了具体细致的分析。实践证明，在科技传播视角下研究具体传播个案，可以取得丰富的成果。本文一方面期望为科技传播一些新的理念提供实证材料，促进科技传播理论的完善和发展。另一方面，也期望为有关方面全面认识鄂尔多斯市洁净煤技术传播提供参考，促进洁净煤技术在鄂尔多斯市及其它类似地区的传播，促进环境保护、节能减排，促进可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The output of coal in China is biggest in the world, and the consumption of coal in China is also big, it has caused very serious problems: In order to change the situation, we should not only study the knowledge of CCT, but also study the communication of CCT. This paper studies the communication of CCT in Ordos city, for the output of coal in Ordos city is biggest in Chinese city.The research about science and technology communication(STC) is active in China now, more and more scholars have participated in it, such as the educational circles of press、communication、economics、management、philosophy and sociology, and the visual angle is different from each other. This paper drew lessons from the model of"5W", form a new model of"5W": why, what is present situation, what, who-to whom, in what channel. According to this new model, this paper makes a systematic study of the communication of CCT in Ordos city.This paper tells us, when we study STC, we should ask "why" in first. Then this paper studies the necessity of the communication of CCT in Ordos city. From the result of the investigation and questionnaire, Ordos city uses CCT unbalanced, and it has no systematic communication. The author considers that Ordos city should not only communicate the knowledge of CCT, but also other significances, even the obverse side. In addition, this paper analyses the subject、object、carder and channel of CCT in Ordos city in detail. The practice proved that we can achieve abundant fruits if we study the communication of particular science or technology with the visual angle of STC.The author hope this paper can supply the substantial evidence for some new theories of STC, and promote the consummation and development of STC; In other hand, it can help us understand the communication of CCT overall, promote the communication of CCT, promote environmental protection, and promote sustained development in Ordos city.更多还原
