基于实例的计算机辅助装配工艺设计系统研究与应用

【摘要】 装配工艺所要解决的核心问题是:如何从零部件装配成产品并达到设计要求的质量。目前,零件的CAPP系统较多,而计算机辅助装配工艺设计系统很少,其原因在于装配工艺与人的活动密切关联,装配生产具有很大的主观性、不确定性和经验性;并且,由于装配工艺要解决多个零件、组件、部件之间的关系问题,计算机辅助装配工艺设计系统的复杂程度也比零件CAPP系统更大。本文首先剖析了典型产品的装配工艺,对多品种、中小批量的产品的装配模型进行了总结和抽象;然后对计算机辅助装配工艺设计的方法进行了系统的研究;进而在大量的企业需求调研的基础上,根据重型汽车制造行业多品种、小批量自由流水装配模式的特点,提出了基于实例的装配作业规划与设计的解决方案;其主要特点是:其一,解决了企业优秀实例工艺的重用问题,使工艺人员在工艺设计时能根据产品或部件的编号、产品代号、结构特征、功能属性等设计信息来检索相似实例,引用过来进行派生设计。其二,在装配工艺设计中实现网络计划图支持。网络计划图中的每一个结点表示一个进装点,工艺人员先按照进装顺序建立进装点间的约束关系,形成装配网络计划图,完成装配工艺的宏观规划;然后再对每个进装点进行装配工序规划和设计,进而完成整个产品的装配工艺设计。整个产品的装配工艺设计的以任务驱动的形式逐级执行,以总装任务的执行为任务主线,以分解部装子任务的方式实现部装工艺设计。本文针对上述装配工艺设计模型,详细地阐述了软件系统的工作原理及功能实现理论。进行了软件系统的总体设计和系统建模,实现了系统的功能结构设计、程序逻辑流程设计和数据库设计,进而开发出基于实例的计算机辅助装配工艺设计软件系统(CAAPP),最后结合某重型汽车公司的C型车装配工艺实例进行了系统的初步应用。

【Abstract】 The core problem which assembly process must resolve, is how to make parts contitute of product and meet quality need. At present, CAPP which aims at parts is popular, but system which can aid assembly process to plan is seldom. Because of the close ralationship between assembly process and human activity, there is much subjectivity, incertitude and empiricism during manufacturing. Assembly process need treat with the relationship of all states of parts, so system is more complex than CAPP which only aims at single part.Firstly, this paper analyses the assembly process of typical product, summarizes and abstracts assembly model of small-medium batches of multiple complex products; then, it researches computer aided assembly process planning methods; finally, based case assembly task plan as systemetic solution is introduced.main characters include two aspects: firstly, excellent process cases are reused, during process planning procedure which can help engineers to check similar cases according to part serial number,product symbol, characteristics of structure and attribute of function etc as the guidance of the new process. It not only improves work effectivity, but also makes excellent process as cases be inheritted, which also enhances the standard of process planning.Secondly, realized network chart support during assembly process planning.Every point in network chart is an assembly point, technologists can establish restricting relation between assembly points according to the order of assembly,and the network chart of assembly.Then,the macroscopical layout of assembly process is accomplished.After that, technologists can make working procedure planning and designing for every assembly point,thus,assembly process designing of the entire product.In the designing course, the whole planning performing drives by task management. Product assembly tasks play main roles, sub-tasks finished assembly process planning of parts.In allusion to the aforementioned assembly process designing model,this paper expatiates the work principle and the actualizing theory. Designing in the mass and modeling for the software system are made,and also realizes fuction structure designing, programme logic flow designing and database designing. As a result,a case-based CAAPP is carried out. This system has been put into the practice of assembling a truck production of C model for a heavy-duty motorcar company.
