高填方土质边坡中竹筋的研究与实践

【摘要】 加筋土技术问世以来,以其优越的加筋效果和抗震性能得到了土木工程界的一致好评。因此如何更好、更充分、更普及的利用加筋技术处理山地所常见的高填深挖的问题也就成为一个新的有待于大力研究和实践的课题。目前加筋土中所用的土工加筋材料以金属钢带,如:扁钢带、镀锌钢带、不锈钢钢带,以及一些复合加筋材料,如:钢筋混凝土带、钢—塑复合加筋带为主,价格普遍较高。由于高昂的工程造价,已经阻碍了加筋土技术在工程中的大力推广和应用。因此为了更好的利用加筋土技术,节约投资,提高投资效益,本文作者从影响加筋结构工程造价的最主要方面筋材入手,提出了在土质高填方边坡中采用竹子代替成品土工加筋材料的研究论题。首先,介绍了加筋土的概念以及加筋土的发展历史和研究现状,并简要的介绍了加筋结构的基本理论和作用机理。结合传统加筋结构的设计理论,介绍了加筋土边坡的工程应用优点、设计计算方法及设计应注意的问题。其次,由于竹材的技术指标受多种因素影响,不同地区、不同品种的竹筋性能参数差异较大,在利用竹材作为土工加筋材料时,应通过严格的试验来确定竹材的性能指标,因此介绍了如何获得竹筋材料的设计参数的实验方法。利用ANSYS非线性有限元数值分析程序,对攀枝花学院内高33米、长175米的加竹筋边坡围岩应力场、位移场分布进行了数值模拟分析;并采用理正岩土软件对该工程的抗滑移安全系数进行了计算,从理论上论证了该工程实施的可行性。最后,结合工程实例,分别从设计方案、施工方法、竹筋的防腐防虫处理、土坡面板的防冲刷的生物防治技术等方面对竹筋边坡的工程应用进行了介绍。目前,从已建成该工程的使用和观察情况看,竹筋在高填方加筋土质边坡中应用是成功的。
【Abstract】 Since the apprearance of the reinforced soil technic, it has been highly praised as it’s reinforce effect and anti-seismic function in the civil engineering field. How to use it better, more adequately and universally to deal with the common problems in the mountainous areas became a new and topic for people to study and practice. In nowadays the tendons used in the reinforced soil mostly are metal belts ( for example, flat-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, etc.), and some combined materials (for example, ferroconcrete, compound steel and plastic, etc.), which are generally expensive. And the high price certainly obstructed the popularization and application of the reinforced soil technic in construction projects. In order to make better use of this technic, to economize the investigation, and to advance the beneficial result, the author of this paper focused on the materials of the tendons which influence the manufacturing cost most, and brought up the study thesis about using bamboo materials in the Soil Retaining Wall in stead of the reinforce materials.Firstly, it introduced the concept of reinforced soil, it’s development and the present situation on research, and briefly introduced the basic theory and functional mechanism of the reinforced structure. With the the traditional designing theory of reinforced structure, it introduced it’s advantage of application, methods of planning and calculation, as well as some problems we should pay attention to during designing.Secondly, as the technical index of bamboos could be influenced by many reasons, the differend types of bamboo tendons which are produced in differend places are very different, while using it as reinforce materials, the functional index should be decided by strict rests, so it introduced some testing methods about how to get the designing index of the bamboo tendons materials. By the ANSYS non-linear limited metamathematics analysis patterns, the author numerical analysed the distribute of the stress field and the displacement field of a bamboo reinforced retaining slope (33 meters high, 175 meters wide) in Panzhihua University; and figured it’s safety coefficient anti-landslide by LIZHENG rock and soil software, expounded and proved the application of this project at theory level.At last, to integrated with the real examples, the author introduced the application of the bamboo reinforced retaining slope projects on designing, construction, anti-septic and bugs, biological control technics, etc. At present, according to the using and observation of the constructed project, the application of bamboo in the construction of reinforced retaining slopes is succesfull.
