氨基腈的合成及应用研究

【摘要】 论文研究氨基腈类漂白活化剂的合成及应用。阐述了漂白活化剂的研究现状和漂白活化机理,合成了M-SJA、TrMA-SJA、TrEA-SJA、Pr-SJA、Acetic-SJA、Betain-SJA及烷基苯酰氧苯磺酸钠等七种氨基腈类漂白活化剂,通过红外光谱、质谱等分析手段进行了分析鉴定。测定了各合成物的熔点,表述了其物态。对漂白活化剂的漂白机理进行了理论分析,通过紫外-可见光谱仪对氨基腈类漂白活化剂的活性进行了研究,考察了茜素溶液、茶黄素溶液加入氨基腈类漂白活化剂前后在可见光范围内吸光度的变化趋势,研究了pH对茜素、茶黄素水溶液分解速率的影响。通过活化剂在色素溶液的退色试验,得出加入活化剂能不同程度的加快漂白剂对色素的分解速度。通过洗涤低温下的茜素污布,对漂白活化剂的漂白增白效果进行了分析,得出在氨基腈类漂白活化剂中M-SJA和烷基苯酰氧苯磺酸钠的漂白增白效果最好。将TrMA-SJA与Acetic-SJA、TrMA-SJA与BBC以重量比2:1、1:1、1:2复配,于低温下洗涤茜素污布,发现TrMA-SJA与Acetic-SJA、TrMA-SJA与BBC复配对增加漂白效果均无协同效应,将M-SJA与BBC以重量比2:1、1:1、1:2复配,在低温下对增加漂白效果有明显的协同效应。同时,漂白活化剂对茶黄素污布、蛋白污布及污渍老化的白棉布在低温下的漂白活化效果也进行了分析研究。将烷基苯酰氧苯磺酸钠与常用漂白活化剂BBC、TAED进行洗涤茜素污布的对比试验,得出在25℃,烷基苯酰氧苯磺酸钠的效果最好,TAED的效果最差,在一定用量范围内,继续升高温度,烷基苯酰氧苯磺酸钠的漂白效果基本不再增加,而BBC的洗涤漂白效果继续增加。课题合成的漂白活化剂及对其性能的研究,对洗涤、印染、造纸、纺织等行业从事低温漂白提供了理论基础。

【Abstract】 Synthesis and application of amino-cyanogen bleaching activators were studied in the thesis. Research status and bleaching activation’s mechanism of bleaching were described. Amino-cyanogen , such as M-SJA, Trimethylamine-SJA, Triethylamine-SJA, Pyridine-SJA, Acetic-SJA, Betain-SJA and alkyl benzoyloxy-4-bensulfonic sodium were synthesized, identified via IR and MS. Bleaching mechanism of bleaching activators were carried through theoretical analysis. Bleaching activation of amino-cyanogen bleaching activators was studied by UV and spectrophotometer. Effluence of amino-cyanogen bleaching activators to variety trend of absorbency of alizarin and tea flavin solution was examined and analyzed by spectrophotometer, it was concluded that decomposing of alizarin and tea flavin solution accelerated when pH of the solution was higher.Analysis and study of alizarin smear fabric were especially carried through in the thesis. Effect of bleaching activators was analyzed by washing alizarin smear fabric in different low temperature, it was proved that M-SJA, benzoyloxy-4-bensulfonic sodium were most effect in amino-cyanogen bleaching activators. Through matching Trimethylamine-SJA with Acetic-SJA, matching Trimethylamine-SJA with BBC, matching M-SJA with BBC by weight ratio of 2/1,1/1,1/2 to wash alizarin smear fabric in low temperature, it was concluded that matching Trimethylamine-SJA with Acetic-SJA, matching trimethylamine-SJA with BBC could not show synergistic interaction, but matching M-SJA with BBC could show synergistic interaction distinctly. Activation effect of bleaching activators was also studied by washing fabric soiled with tea flavin,egg, and cotton cloth with aged soil.To compare BBS with BBC, TAED, the latter 2 were commercial bleaching activators, in action of increasing bleaching, alizarin smear fabric was treated with BBS, BBC, and TAED, it was proved that BBS was the best and TAED was the worst among BBS, BBC and TAED at 25℃, and that bleaching action of BBS increased no longer, but BBC increased continually when washing temperature rise from 25℃.Synthetic bleaching activators and studying their property in the thesis could provide some theory for some industry field, such as detergent, printing, dyeing, paper making, textile, et al, which related with bleaching at low temperature.
