高浓度无磷农药废水处理的中试研究

【摘要】 随着农药行业的迅速发展,农药废水的排放所造成的水体污染也日渐严重。由于农药废水难生物降解、浓度高而且有毒有害,它己经成为造成水体污染的主要因素之一,所以需要研究出一种经济且行之有效的方法来解决这个问题。厌氧一好氧生物处理工艺是一种处理效果良好并且己经得到广泛应用的传统水处理工艺,而厌氧颗粒污泥膨胀床(EGSB)和曝气生物滤池(BIOFOR)是近几年来受到普遍重视的相对新兴的反应器。本次实验尝试将这两种工艺结合起来处理农药废水,使它们互相补充,以期获得最佳处理效果和最佳经济效益。本课题研究分为三部分:第一部分为三股废水的预处理研究;第二部分采用厌氧生物处理工艺(EGSB工艺)。第三部分是好氧生物处理方法(BIOFOR工艺)。三部分均采用农药废水作为原水进行试验。实验结果表明:原水中三股废水COD分别约为10000mg/L、130000mg/L和40000mg/L,NH4+-N分别约为25mg/L、186mg/L和184mg/L。采用预处理+EGSB+BIOFOR的工艺进行处理,最终出水达到一级排放标准。所以,在此种农药废水的处理中,厌氧—好氧生物处理工艺是相对经济可行的。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of pesticide industry, the pollution of waterbody due to the discharge of pesticide wastewater becomes more and more serious. Since its hard biodegrability, high concentration and toxity, pesticide wastewater has been one of the main sources of water pollution. So it is necessary for us to search for an economical and effective method to solve this problem. Anaerobic-aerobic biological treatment process is an effective conventional process which has been applied widely. While Expanded Granular Sludge Bed (EGSB) and Biological Aerated Filter (BIOFOR) are comparably new developed reactors, which have also attracted great attention. In this paper, combining these two technologies together was studied to treat pharmaceutical wastewater and exert advantages of each method, expecting to obtain best treatment effects and optical economical benefit.The experiment procedure consisted of three parts: the first was previous treatment; the second was anaerobic treatment process, and the third was aerobic treatment process, all tested samples adopt the pharmaceutical wastewater.Experimental results showed that: COD of the three wastewater are10000mg/L、130000mg/L and 40000mg/L.NH3-N of the three wastewater are 25mg/L、186mg/L and 184mg/L. After the treatment of previous treatment、EGSB and BIOFOR, the water quality of the final effluent in this system meet the First Grade of integrate wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996).So compared with other treatment, anaerobic-aerobic biological treatment process is a more effective and feasible way to be applied in the practice of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.
