【摘要】 区域经济联动发展是区域经济利益增长要素在区域空间的具体表现，是突破单个区域资源与生产率制约的有效途径，是区域经济合作最实质的内容，是区际生产要素的流动和重新配置。中部地区具有区位优势、资源优势、产业优势以及经济结构、产业特点的差异性等合作的有利条件。中部地区的联动应以产业链合作为主导，以农业、能源、原材料加工业、现代装备制造业、高新技术产业和交通运输网络的合作为纽带，构建中部三个基地和交通枢纽的重要基地，实现中部地区的专业化分工和合作，延长优势产业加工链条，发展中部地区的物流网和原材料市场，从而推动中部六省综合经济实力的不断提高，实现中部地区的快速崛起。本文立足中部地区的社会经济特点，以考察中部地区联动发展的难点和重点为切入点，以实现中部崛起和区域协调发展为目标，把握区域联动发展的理论基础，运用文献资料和大量的统计数据，在综合分析中部联动发展的必要性和可行性的基础上，指出中部地区联动发展的困境，并构建博弈模型，运用博弈论的方法探讨中部区域如何构建区域分工机制、区域经济合作机制和区域利益协调机制，探讨中部联动的重点领域，并提出促进中部地区联动发展，推动中部崛起，提升中部地区域竞争力，促进区际协调发展的相应对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional Economy Cooperation is concrete embodiment of economicdevelopment in space and it is an effective way to break through the limit of singleregional resources and productivity. The essential content of it is motion andre-collocation of productive factors among regions. The six provinces in CentralChina enjoy the advantages of rich natural resources, talents and highly relevantindustrial chains. Their cooperation should strengthen the building of cityagglomeration and the construction of urban circle. Great importance should beattached to agriculture, energy, raw material, production of modern equipment,hi-tech industries and traffic network for the construction of three bases in the area.Also attentions should be paid to professional division and cooperation, the extensionof advantageous industrial chains, the development of delivery networks and rawmaterial markets in six provinces. Then it can improve the comprehensive economicstrength of those areas and realize the Central China’s rising fast.The dissertation analyses the integrated development difficulty and emphasisbased on the economic and social development peculiarities of the Central China.The dissertation takes realizing the Central China’s rising and balanced developmentamong different areas as the goal, then conducts a thorough study and profoundconsideration on the significance and conditions of the integrated development amongsix provinces in Central China with methods of applying theories to practices andcombining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis from perspectives ofRegional Economics. The game theory is analyzed in this dissertation about how todesign the power mechanism of regional division, regional cooperation mechanism,interests corresponding mechanism of regional economic integrated development inCentral China.
