基于MES的车间生产调度系统研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着信息技术的发展和生产敏捷性、快速性要求的提出,制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)作为面向车间生产的管理信息系统,在企业计划管理层与车间控制底层之间架起了一座桥梁。而车间生产调度是MES系统的核心模块,直接关系着企业的生产、经营和管理效率,有效的调度方案能最大限度地降低生产成本,增强企业竞争力。因此,研究车间生产调度问题具有重大的理论价值,也可为其他基于MES的研究做一些铺垫。本文以MES的先进理论为指导思想,结合离散型生产管理特点,建立了适合于单件、小批生产条件下的车间生产调度系统。首先,文中深入分析了制造执行系统和车间生产调度相关理论,提出了面向离散型的MES的结构体系、数据交互体系,并着重阐述了MES中车间级作业排序与作业控制相结合的分层调度模型。在理论方面,总结了以前对调度问题的各种建模、求解方法与策略。然后从调度可行性出发,在保证交货期的前提下提出了基于优先规则的逆序排产算法,并针对作业控制层的要求,给出了相应的调度策略,以甘特图、报表等形式跟踪加工执行的状况,形成生产过程的闭环控制。这些都为解决车间一级的作业调度问题提供了有效的解决方案。最后,在上述的基础上,本文采用面向对象的方法对车间生产调度系统进行了可视化建模,并在ASP.NET平台上开发了一个具有车间作业计划生成、基于人机交互方法的作业调度、作业监控等功能的原型系统。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of information technology and the requestof agile and rapid production, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), which is amanagement information system for the Job-shop layer, becomes a bridge that spansand fills up the gap between the upper layer of plan-management and the ground floorlayer of industrial control in enterprise. And the Job-shop scheduling is the coremodule of MES, which directly affects efficiency, operation and management inproduction. Effective scheduling method can improve benefit and reduce cost,thereby enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise. Thus, the research onthe Job-shop scheduling problem is of great value both in theory and practice, andalso can do some matting to other study based on MES.This paper takes the advanced theory of MES as the guide ideas, and combinesthe characteristic of discrete production management, and establishes the productionscheduling system which fits to the condition of Single-piece and Small-batchProduction. First of all, in this paper, the relevant theory of Manufacturing ExecutionSystem and the Job-shop production scheduling is analyzed deep, and MES fordiscrete enterprise that included framework, data communicating and function isoffered. Some points are expatiated on which about the two layers of schedulingmode with the production arrangement and production control for the Job-shop layer.In theory, three aspects on Job-shop scheduling-modeling, scheduling methodsand strategies are summed. Then by considering the feasibility of scheduling, thebackward scheduling algorithm based on priority dispatcher rules is put forward toensure the delivery time. And according to the request of production control layer,this paper proposes the relevant scheduling strategies and tracks processing executionwith the form of Gantt chart, report and so on, which forms the closed-loop control inproduction. These can solve effectively the problem of Job-shop productionscheduling.Finally, we analysis and design the production scheduling system by means ofthe object-oriented method. And based ASP.NET platform, a scheduling prototypesystem is developed including production plan-management, scheduling basedman-machine, production supervisal and so on.
