基于超音速电弧喷涂技术的参数优化及防腐蚀涂层研究

【摘要】 本文通过研究分析国内外电弧喷涂技术的发展及现状,对电弧喷涂的工艺原理进行了较为深入的理论分析。通过研究电弧喷涂过程中熔滴动力学特性,建立了气流速度的数学模型。结合化工反应釜的生产实践及应用环境,选取优质ERNiCu-7丝材为喷涂材料,Al、Zn、316不锈钢(0Cr18Ni12Mo2)为对比材料,将超音速电弧喷涂技术应用到反应釜内表面的耐腐蚀防护。通过对电弧喷涂各工艺参数的实验分析,得出各个参数对涂层性能影响的定性结果。设计正交实验,通过对涂层结合强度、孔隙率和显微硬度的测试与分析,对ERNiCu-7涂层的工艺参数进行优化,并证明其相对于常用的三种防腐蚀涂层孔隙率低,组织致密,结合强度和硬度较高。通过对实验结果进行方差分析,得出相应的因素水平搭配,考虑各实验因素对结合强度影响程度的主次以及各实验指标在涂层使用中所起作用的重要程度,最终确定了ERNiCu-7丝材的喷涂工艺规范。主要采用盐雾实验和电化学测试的方法来研究涂层的防腐蚀效果。通过采用CHI660B电化学工作站,测试四种材料的稳态极化曲线和Tafel斜率,并利用倒置金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪进行腐蚀前后的组织分析,证明超音速电弧喷涂ERNiCu-7涂层耐腐蚀性能优越,经过实际应用测试,完全符合反应釜的耐蚀性要求,适合推广应用。
【Abstract】 In this paper,theoretical analysis is conducted on the principle of arc spraying process,based on the current state and development of arc spraying technology at home and aboard.Mathematical model of air-mileage is created through studying droplet dynamics on arc spraying processERNiCu-7 coating is produced by supersonic velocity electric arc spraying technology on the chemical reactor.Optimum process parameters optimized by orthogonal experimental design are acquired following the principle of arc spraying process.Combination mechanism and corrosion resistant mechanism of Al,Zn,316 non-corrosive steel and ERNiCu-7 coatings prepared by arc spraying process are studied,which provides the theoretical basis for the extensive application of the process optimized and coatings with corrosion resistance.The different matching level of the spraying craft parameter combines the influence of the intensity,hardness,hole rate on the coating differently,so obtained the combined intensity,high hardness and low hole rate of the coating, the matching of every factor level is different.Using electrochemical workstation measure the steady polarizationg curves and Tafel slope of supersonic arc spray coating Al,Zn,316 non-corrosive steel and ERNiCu-7 in H2SO4 solution of 60 percent.The microstructure is investigated by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction before and after corrosion.ERNiCu-7 among the four coating is the most proper material to spray.
