基于动态传感技术的车辆制动性能检测技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 随着我国汽车产业和交通事业的迅猛发展,车辆的技术性能和质量越来越高,对车辆制动性能检测仪器的使用也越来越普及,对检测仪器的需求量也越来越大。但到目前为止,市场上用于车辆制动性能检测的仪器中在免安装、快速检测、数据存储量、体积、耗电量和使用方便性等方面都不能够满足越来越高的车检要求,因此,尽快研制开发出一种高性能的具有免安装和快速检测的特点、手持操作方便、数据存储量大、便于进行数据管理的车辆制动性能检测仪器,具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。针对目前车辆制动性能检测仪器中所存在的问题和不足进行了分析和研究,本文提出采用多维加速度传感器的方案,利用多维加速度传感器对车辆制动的动态过程的信号进行采样和处理。采用多维加速度传感器,在车辆制动测试过程中可以分别检测车辆轴向、横向和竖直向的加速度,通过相应的算法计算出制动性能测试中的各项参数。本文研究了适合于在MCU中实现制动距离和制动初速度的测试算法。在进行充分的测试算法论证、对比和实验的基础上,采用上位机加下位机的模式进行设计,上位机采用便携式计算机,上位机软件实现对测试数据的管理,形成测试报表,并绘制测试曲线等;下位机采用MCU,配以液晶汉字显示器和相应的操作按键,使其不但具有独立测试功能可单独使用,还可以使用通信方式与上位机进行数据传输,使测试系统既保持了单机测试仪器的特点,而且还具备了PC机的优势。实现了国标GB7258-2004《机动车运行安全技术条件》中路试检验制动性能所规定的测试功能。并增加USB接口以便使用U盘做外存储器实现大容量存储。经实际上车试验,所用算法的有效性和合理性得到了验证。
【Abstract】 With the swift and violent development of the automobile industry and communication of our country, the technical feature and quality of the vehicle are higher and higher, the use of the instrument for vehicle braking performance test is popularized, and the demand of the detecting instrument is larger and larger. But up till now, the instrument for vehicle braking performance test used and applied on the market can not meet the higher and higher demand of the vehicle detecting in many aspects such as avoided installing, fast measuring, storing amount of data, volume, power consumption and the convenient using etc. So, develop a kind of high-performance instrument for vehicle braking performance test with the characteristics of avoided installation and fast measuring as soon as possible, easy to handheld operation, large storing amount of data, easy to carry on data management, has important realistic meaning and using value.With the analysis and study of the problem and deficiency of the instrument for vehicle braking performance test at present, the scheme of adopting multidimensional acceleration transducer was put forward, the signal of dynamic vehicle-braking process were sampled and dealt with utilizing multidimensional acceleration transducer. The acceleration of the axial, horizontal and vertical direction of the vehicle were detected respectively in the course of the vehicle braking, and then every parameter was calculated out according to the corresponding algorithm.This text has studied the test algorithm of the brake distance and the initial velocity suitable for realizing in MCU. On the basis of carrying on abundant test algorithm proving, comparing and experiment, the mode of the host and slave computer was adopted, among which the host computer adopted the portable computer, and the software of PC realized to manage the measured data, form the test report and draw the test curve etc. The slave computer adopted MCU, with LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and corresponding operation button, which made it not only have the independent test function and can be used alone, and also carry on data transmission between the PC and MCU by the communication way. The design made the testing system keep the characteristic of the unit tester, and have also possessed the advantage of the PC. The test function stipulated by standards of vehicle drive safety technology GB7258-2004 was realized. And USB interface was added in order to realize large memory using the U disk.The validity and rationality of the algorithm were proved by the practical car test.
