己内酰胺的甲基化反应及大孔交联聚(N-甲基丙烯酰胺)树脂的吸附性能研究

【摘要】 酰胺的甲基化反应在药物及杀虫剂的合成方面有一定的应用价值,烃基化疏水改性聚丙烯酰胺的应用也逐渐受到研究工作者的重视。本论文以己内酰胺为例,探索了酰胺的甲基化反应的新方法;另一方面,以大孔交联聚丙烯酰胺树脂为载体,将酰胺的N-甲基化反应应用于对载体树脂进行化学修饰,使得其机械强度、在水中的溶胀性能以及对多酚类物质的吸附性能发生较大变化。在无溶剂条件下合成了1-氮杂-2-甲氧基1-环庚烯以及N-甲基己内酰胺。与以往方法相比,该方法操作简单、成本低、污染小。本文通过丙烯酰胺和N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的反相悬浮法聚合得到了大孔交联聚丙烯酰胺树脂,并以此为载体,通过载体树脂的N-甲基化反应合成了大孔交联聚(N-甲基丙烯酰胺)改性树脂。测定了载体树脂和改性后的树脂在水中的溶胀性及其对水溶液中的单宁、茶多酚等多酚类物质的吸附性能。结果显示,改性树脂与载体树脂相比,亲水性减弱而对单宁、茶多酚等多酚类物质的吸附能力增强。研究了吸附剂与吸附质之间的吸附机理及改性树脂吸附水溶液中多酚类物质的吸附热力学。
【Abstract】 Methylation of amide compounds has applications in the synthesis of medicine and pesticide. The application of alkyl modified polyacryamide has attracted scientists’ attentions. In this dissertation, synthesis of N-methylcaprolactam has been explored by applying the methylation of amide with a new method. In addition, macropous crosslinked polyacrylamide resin was chemically modified by using the N-methylation of amide, and the mechanical strength, swelling properties in aqueous solution, and adsorption properties for polyphenols of the modified resin have changed a lot。1-Aza-2-methoxy-1-cyccloheptene and N-methylcaprolatam were synthesized on solvent-free condition. In contrast with the methods applied previously, this new method is simple operated, low cost, and slight polluted.Macroporous crosslinked polyacrylamide resin was prepared from N, N-’ methylenebisacrylamide and acrylamide via inverse phase suspension polymeri- zation, and it was used as the mother resin. Macroporous crosslinked poly(N-methylacrylamide) resin was synthesized with N-methylation by applying the mother resin. The swelling properties in aqueous solution, adsorption properties of the mother resin and the modified resin for tannin and tea polyphenols in aqueous solution were determined. The results indicated that the modified resin is less hydrophilic, while its adsorption capacity for polyphenols such as tannin and tea polyphenols in aqueous solution is larger than the mother resin. Adsorption mechanism between the adsorbent and the adsorbate, and adsorption thermodynamics of polyphenols in aqueous solution onto the modified resin were investigated.
