【摘要】 现代奥运会在走向辉煌顶点的同时，诚如物极必反，其自身内部也逐渐生长出解构自我的因素，环境问题就是其诸多危机因素中的一者。现代奥运会环境问题的历史演化经历了早、中、近三个不同时期，在筹备、举办及赛后的不同阶段其环境问题的表现形式不尽相同，环境问题的严重程度也由最初的微不足道逐步走向动摇奥林匹克运动的生存和发展根基。从生态伦理学的角度来看，现代奥运会环境问题是传统狭隘的人类中心主义意识在体育领域中的反映，是对自然界价值的片面理解和对自然界权利的主观否定，是在这种传统人类中心主义意识指导下人类行为的失当，综合表现为一种社会文化危机。为了实现现代奥运会从危难之境向再生之缘的转化，对其环境问题进行生态伦理方面的调控，方能化险为夷。现代奥运会环境问题的调控目的是为了实现体育文化和环境保护的双层跃进。可持续发展作为现代奥运会环境问题的宏观调控原则，是对奥林匹克运动传统发展模式和道路的深刻反思，是对发展奥林匹克运动中人与自然关系的重新阐释以及对奥林匹克运动未来走向的深切关注，它要求从人与自然、人与人、人与社会等层面通过道德对话，来促进“体育——人——自然”的多方面和谐发展。可持续发展的调控原则内在包含了对人与自然、人与人、人与社会等之间实现公正、和平等方面的要求。有效控制环境污染、合理利用自然资源、适当控制奥运会规模、大力倡导绿色体育消费作为对奥运会环境问题的调控规范，将可持续发展的宏观调控原则有效落实到环保的具体可操作层面。新时期，应该看到生态伦理教育和现代奥运会两者之间的相互促进关系，并赋予生态伦理教育这种软调控手段以重要的特殊地位。在生态伦理教育的过程中，充分挖掘和整理中华民族优秀的生态伦理思想和智慧，体现出中华民族“原生态”文化的价值取向，这是北京人文奥运的内在要求。通过奥运会在全社会范围内普及生态伦理教育，以传授环境保护知识、培养环境伦理意识、引导环境保护行为，来确保现代奥运会走上良性的可持续发展轨道。总结过去、展望未来，在对待奥运会环境问题上，国际奥委会的环保政策导向将更加明确、具体，绿色科技在奥运会中的应用将更加广泛、合理，体育领域中的环保法律、法规将更加健全、完善，全社会范围内的生态伦理教育将更加普及、深入，也只有对政策导向、科技支援、法律规范、生态伦理感召等进行协同构建，才能最终根治奥运会环境问题，确保体育文化与环境保护的双赢。更多还原

【Abstract】 When the modern Olympic Games move towards the splendid top,its own interior also gradually grows the factors to break upitself as things reach their extreme they turn back, theenvironment issue is one in these crisis factors. The modernOlympic Games evolution about environment issue has experiencedthree different times: the early, the middle and the latest.In different stages (arrangement, hold and after match), itsmanifestation is different, and serious degree of the environmentissue also from initial gradation which is not worthy ofmentioned to now that the survival and the developmentfoundation of Olympics has been shattered. From the ecologicalethics, the environment issue of modern Olympic Games is thereflection of traditional and narrow human center consciousnessin the sports field, is one-sided understanding to the naturevalue and the subjective negationto the nature right, is thefalse of human’s behavior under this traditional human centerconsciousness, which synthesis represent a kind of socialculture crisis. In order to realize the modern Olympic Gamestransformation from the dangerous condition to the regeneration,we can regulate the ecological ethics of the environment issue,then the Olympics can turn danger into safety. The goal ofregulation of modern Olympic Games environment issue is topromote double—decked development on sports culture andenvironment protection. The sustainable development as themacroeconomic regulation and control principle of the modernOlympic Games environment issue, is the profound reconsideringto the tradition development pattern of Olympics, is the newconcept to the human and the nature relations in Olympicsdevelopment and the sincere attention of Olympics tendency.Modern Olympics should promote harmonious development on"sports—human—nature" from the moral dialogue on human andnature, human and human, human and society aspects. Thesustainable development regulative principle has contained the requirement on the human and the nature, the human and the human,the human and the societyto realize equal and peace. The activecontrol of environmental pollution, the reasonable use ofnatural resource, the suitable control of the Olympic Gamesscale, and the great initiation of the green sports expense,which as the regulative standard of the Olympic Games environmentissue, carrying out the sustainable development macroeconomicregulation and control principle to operate lay of theenvironmental protection. In the new period, we should noticethe mutual promotion relations between ecological ethicseducation and modern Olympic Games, and give ecological ethicseducation which is the soft regulative method to an importantspecial status. In the processing of ecological ethics education,the inherent requisition of Beijing Humanistic Olympics arefollowings, one is to dig out and clean out the Chinese nation’excellent ecological ethics thought and wisdom sufficiently,another is to reflect the Chinese nation culture of valuetendency of "original ecology" Through the Olympic Games topopularize ecological ethics education in whole society, sothat we can teach the environmental protection knowledge, raiseenvironmental ethics consciousness, guide environmental protectionbehavior, ensuring the modern Olympic Games to step onto thebenign sustainable development track. Summarize the past andforecast the future, on the Olympics issue, IOC’s environmentalprotection policy guidance will be more explicit and concrete,the application of the green science and technology will be morewidespread and reasonable in Olympic Games’, the environmentalprotection laws and regulations in the sports domain will bemore perfect and integrity, the ecological ethics education inwhole society will be more popular and thorough. Onlycarryingon the coordination construction to the policy guidance, thetechnical support, the legal standard, the ecological ethicsimpel and so on, the Olympic Games environment issue could befinally radical cured, ensuring the success of sports cultureand environmental protection.更多还原
