【摘要】 教育技术学专业近几年发展迅速，但在蓬勃发展的过程中，不少高校尤其是高等师范院校也产生了许多困惑，特别是对人才过剩现象的困惑。人才过剩现象的产生一方面有社会发展大环境的原因，另一方面也暴露了教育技术学专业课程设置中存在的种种问题与不足，正是这些不足导致了所培养的学生不能很好地适应社会、缺少立即从业的能力。课程设置是人才培养目标的具体体现，是为人才培养目标服务的。为了促进高等师范院校教育技术学专业的健康快速发展，本研究参阅了大量与教育技术学科及专业发展有关的文献资料以及课程学、人才学等中外专家的研究成果，收集了我国31所具有教育技术学专业硕士学位授予权的高等师范院校教育技术学专业本科教学计划。论文从我国教育技术学专业本科课程设置现状入手，对当前高等师范院校教育技术学专业的课程设置进行全面分析，根据课程设置中存在的不足，并在分析新时期教育技术学专业特点及课程设置需求的基础上，对新时期高等师范院校教育技术学专业本科课程设置进行思考定位，以符合实际需要作为取舍和组合的标准，提出了一种适合我国发展的、多元整合型的教育技术学专业本科课程设置方案构想。该方案依据培养“宽口径、厚基础、高素质、强特色”人才的原则，设置了五个方向的专业选修课程群，可以按照社会需求增减及组合其课程群，提高教育技术学专业课程的育人功能，满足社会对教育技术人才的需要。在此基础上，笔者根据湖南师范大学的地域需求、学校特色、师资条件等因素制定了该校教育技术学专业本科培养方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The educational technology specialty has developed rapidlyin recent years and in the process of its flourishingdevelopment a lot of perplexity and problems appeared in manyeducational institutions, especially in the higher normaluniversities and colleges. The overmuch of person with abilityis more perplexing. Though the phenomena of overmuch is causedby many facts such as the circumstances for society’sdevelopment, but it also proves that there are vices among thecourse installation for educational technology specialty, andnow many students are not seasoned with the society and lackof the ability to find a job.The course installation embodys the target of student’sability cultivation, and services the target of cultivation.This study is aiming at promoting the educational technologyspecialty’s healthy and quick development. The author has refered to a large number of document about the development ofeducational technology science and specialty, also refered tothe achievements of experts from China and fremdness aboutcourse and human resource. The author has collected manyundergraduate teaching plans from more than 31 educationaltechnology specialty in high normal university who ownedmaster’s degree. This study starts with the present situationof the educational technology specialty’s undergraduatecourse installation in our country, and analyze completely thematter of course installation for educational technologyspecialty in high normal university in our country. Accordingto the shortcoming of course installation, this study givesarguments for the educational technology specialty’sundergraduate course installation, based on the specializedcharacteristic and demand for course. Following the standardof being fit to the demand, this study gives the blue print forthe educational technology specialty’s undergraduate courseinstallation. Specialty elective course of five directions hasbeen set up to the principle of the person of ability that thescheme according to cultivate "wide bore, thick foundationand high character". Can increase and decrease and make up hiscourse crowd according to the society requirement, the society raising the educational technology specialized course rangesuits the ability, and the satisfied society is to the needsof educational technology person of ability. In this foundation,the search has been seen constitute the Educational Technologyspecialty undergraduate course to raise the plan according toregion demand, the school characteristic, the teacherscondition and so on of the Hunan normal university.更多还原
