【摘要】 党际关系是一个国家国际关系的重要组成部分，也是国家对外关系中不可缺少的重要领域，同时是中国共产党党史研究的重要内容，又是中国共产党党史研究的重要环节。因而，正确处理和发展中国共产党同世界各国政党的关系，是我国独立自主和平外交政策的重要内容。中国共产党历来重视发展党际关系，通过政党间的交往与合作，促进政党与政党的关系，更重要的是融洽国与国之间的关系，并以发展党际关系为契机，大力加快社会主义建设步伐。特别是改革开放以来，为了加快社会主义经济发展，营造和谐的经济发展环境，充分利用国际国内各种有利条件，为我国改革和建设提供外在支持，党的三代领导人对党际关系从理论和实践都作了创新与发展。本文从改革开放以来新型党党际关系理论和实践切入，概括了我党新时期党际关系发展的意义、特点、内容、原则等理论与实践，以比较翔实的资料相对比较完整地论述了中国共产党政党外交的探索、创新、发展过程，总结出许多宝贵经验。坚持党际关系四项基本原则；超越意识形态，求同存异，发展健康的新型党际关系：尊重政党政治的多样性和政党格局的多样性，优先发展经济，以发展党际关系促进经贸合作；构建全方位、多渠道、宽领域、深层次的政党外交；力求对新时期中国共产党的政党外交有一个比较完整的认识，并从中总结出一套值得研究和借鉴的经验和教训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Inter-party relationship is an important part of our country’s international relation and indispensable field in external relation. It is also a major content in studying the history of the communist Party of China Thus, to properly handle and develop our Party’s relation with other parties in the world constitutes an important component of China’s diplomatic policy of independence and peace .Our Party constantly attaches great importance to the development of inter-party relation and promote party-to-party relation, and more importantly state-to-state relation by conducting exchange and cooperation between parties. At the same time, we should take the opportunity of developing inter-party relation to reform and opening-up, in order to accelerate socialist economic development, create a harmonious environment for economic development and take full of the favorable international and domestic conditions to support china’s reform and development. The Party leaders of the third generation has made innovations in inter-party relation in terms of theory and practice of new-type inter-party relation.This paper summarizes the significance, features, content and principles in developing inter-party relation in new era, gives relatively complete explanations for the exploration of innovations and development of our Party’s diplomacy with detailed materials and a great deal of valuable experience. We should stick to the Four Cardinal Principles of inter-party relation, transcend ideological hinders and seek common grounds but reserve differences, so as to develop healthy new-type inter-party relation. We should respect the diversity of political party and political pattern. Priority should be given to economic development. We can enhance economic and trade cooperation by developing inter-party relation. Effort should be made to establish all-around multi-channel diplomatic relations of the political party. We should try our best to begin a comprehensive understanding of the political diplomacy of China’s Communist Party, and draw on experience and lesson that worth studying and learning.更多还原
