锅炉燃烧计算机控制系统的改进与优化

【摘要】 锅炉燃烧控制系统具有强耦合、多干扰、典型非线性的特点,长沙曙光电子管厂采用PID(比例、积分、微分)控制系统对其20T/h锅炉进行自动控制,实际效果很不理想。本文对此提出了一种“理论+经验”的混合智能控制方法,将传统PID控制、前馈控制、专家控制相结合,把三种方法的简便性、可靠性、抗扰动快速性、灵活性融为一体,发挥各自的长处。在发挥混合智能控制系统的优势的同时,针对控制系统的控制难点,并在前馈控制中加入串级控制,以进一步提高锅炉的可操控性和热效率。本文采用问题定义、可行性分析、需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、编码及测试、运行及维护的瀑布式开发模型,按照软件工程的方法完成系统的开发。利用C++面向对象程序设计语言,采用Visual C++6.0作为开发工具,完成实时控制算法的优化。然后对监控软件重新进行设计,进一步完善人机界面,重新编写参数控制子系统、报表子系统、和系统的帮助文档。最后用InstallShield软件发布了“锅炉燃烧控制系统”的安装包,抽取系统运行所需的动态链接库文件,方便系统在没有安装可视化开发环境的Windows系统上运行,并为用户提供可定制安装的程序。系统还对未来条件成熟时增加远程控制子系统和双机热备子系统做了可行的方案,作为系统硬件升级时的参考。系统投入使用后,运行情况良好,各项指标均达到了客户的需求,为企业创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Boiler burning control system had many larruping traits: badly coupling, multi- interfere, typical nonlinear. PID (Proportional, Integral and Derivative) control arithmetic has been used in SHUGUANG radio tube Factory of Changsha on its 20T/h Boiler, with inefficient effect. For above reason, a new "theory with practice" mixed control technique has been proposed in this paper, which combined PID control and front compensating feedback control with expert control. The new technique gathered the simplicity, credibility, counter-disturbance and agility up of the above control methods, brought strongpoint of each into play, which created another way for industry control. When inheriting the advantages of the original system, serial control in front compensating feedback control arithmetic has been introduced, aiming to better manipulation and heat efficiency. Software engineering and waterfall model which composed of project definition, feasibility analysis, demand analysis, synoptic design, detailed design, coding and test, running and maintenance has been used to develop the system. The C++ Object-Oriented programming language and Visual C++ Studio tools have been used in the design. Then the monitor system has been redesigned, the UI has been consummated, and the codes of parameters-control subsystem, report forms subsystem and help files has been rewrote. At last, Install Shield software has been used to release the project so that users could process selective installation without Visual Studio, which could extracts DLL files needed by the system. Also a doable way has been brought forward in the paper to add remote control subsystem and redundant subsystem, which can be considered as a factor when upgrading the hardware system. The system was then put to use, and ran well. It’s proved that the goal has been successfully achieved and good economic and social profits have been brought to the factory.
