当前高校学生党组织先进性建设研究

【摘要】 高校学生党组织是党的先进性建设的实践主体之一，学生党组织先进性建设也是党的先进性建设重要内容。目前，高校学生党组织先进性建设在学生党员的认识、教育管理和制度建设等方面取得了明显成绩，也存在学生党员理想信念不坚定、先进性建设形式化趋向、入党动机多元化、考核不健全等突出问题。究其原因，主要是由于多重因素的共同影响，如市场经济的负面效应、网络信息的来源多元化、党员人数的快速增长、部分党员的律己不严等。本文分四个方面进行论述，并首次提出高校学生党组织先进性建设的基本原则、目标定位和主要任务，即以思想建党、以人为本、与时俱进、民主实效为原则；以提高思想政治素质为基准点、构建和谐大学校园为着力点、以培养拔尖创新人才为方向点、以提升实践科研技能为关键点、以理论与实践相互动为平衡点的目标定位；以树立远大理想信念、塑造坚韧意志品质、发挥先锋模范作用、提升党组织战斗力和健全长效机制为主要任务。并提出高校学生党组织先进性建设的对策，即坚持以思想教育为主线，用科学理论构筑党员的精神支柱；强化以人为本管理模式，增强学生党员的归属感和责任感；完善发展学生党员机制，优化高校学生党员队伍整体结构；突出社会实践活动创新，着力培养学生党员实践创新能力；完善全方位的考评体系，保障党组织先进性建设的实效性。本文的主要创新点在于：从研究现状上看通过仔细的深入调研、资料收集和统计分析，以科学的数据说明了当前高校学生党组织先进性建设的重要性和紧迫性，弥补了高校学生党组织先进性建设研究不及党的先进性建设研究丰富的现实；从研究内容上看紧密结合高校办学的主要目标和任务，并首次提出了高校学生党组织先进性建设的目标定位和主要任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The advanced nature of College student Party organizations is one of the mainbuilding of the practice of the Party’s advanced nature, and an important part ofbuilding the Party’s advanced nature. Currently, building the advanced nature inCollege student which has made remarkable achievements in the areas of cognition,educational administration and institutional construction etc in the student Partymembers has the outstanding problems of no firm ideals and beliefs in the studentParty members, formal advanced development trend of diversification into motivationand evaluation, and imperfect examination etc. The main reason is the combinedeffect of multiple factors, such as the negative effects of the market economy,information networks, some party members in the rapid growth and lax discipline, andso on.This thesis has been divided into four parts to discuss those problems, and alsofor the first time reveals the basic principles, goals and tasks in the process of buildingthe advanced nature in College student party members, namely the thinking of party,people-oriented, keeping up with the times, the principle of democracy andeffectiveness; With improving ideological and political qualities for basis point,setting up harmony university campus for the effort point, pulling out innovativetalented persons for direction point, promoting research technical ability for key point,interacting between the theories and practice for balance point of target fixed position;With setting up great ideal conviction and casting persistent will quality, carrying onthe function of vanguard models, promoting a party organization fighting strengthwith sound long effect mechanism for main mission, the thesis put forward acountermeasure in the construction of building the advanced nature in college studentParty organizations which is adhering to the main line of ideological and politicaleducation, using scientific theories to build up the spiritual pillar of the party members;strengthening people-oriented management style and student party members a senseof belonging and responsibility; developing and improving mechanism of studentParty members, optimizing the overall structure of the ranks of college students Party;stressing innovation in students’social practice to train innovative ability of studentParty members in practicing, improving comprehensive evaluation system to ensurethe effectiveness of the advanced nature of Party organizations. The main innovation of the thesis is: from the researching state, the thesis revealsthe importance and urgency of the current college students’the advanced nature ofParty organizations by scientific data, makes up the fact that the deficiency of theconstruction of the advanced nature of Party organizations college students comparingto the rich reality of construction of the Party’s advanced nature through careful study,data collection and statistical analysis. Moreover the thesis combines the main goalsand tasks of college education from the researching contents, and reveals the maintasks and target fixed position in the process of building the advanced nature inCollege student party members for the first time.更多还原
