电解铝清洁生产评价及系统开发研究

【摘要】 清洁生产作为一种创造性的污染物源头控制思想,已经得到广泛的应用。随着清洁生产在社会实践中逐步深入,对清洁生产活动进行规范化并科学的评价其效果变得日益重要。同时,电解铝工业作为高耗能有污染产业,电解铝生产企业迫切需要快速、有效的推行清洁生产。因此,进行电解铝清洁生产评价的研究及其计算机信息系统的开发研究,具有十分重要的意义。本论文围绕清洁生产的思想,按照清洁生产评价的要求,充分考虑电解铝生产企业的环境、资源属性,建立了具有层次结构的、可操作性和可信度较强的电解铝行业清洁生产评价指标体系;结合实际情况,运用层次分析法进行计算,确定了各级、各个指标的权重,明确了各指标在清洁生产中的重要性。通过评价指标体系的建立,明确了生产全过程控制的主要内容和目标,把清洁生产由抽象的概念变成了直观的可操作性、可量化、可对比的具体内容。在研究其它评价方法的基础上,提出了清洁生产模糊数学综合评价方法;通过对电解铝生产的现有水平进行调查,确定了各指标的三级标准,以此作为评价的依据。此方法可以准确的对电解铝生产企业进行清洁生产水平的评价,为企业进行清洁生产方案的筛选、清洁生产实施效果的评估提供有效工具。针对清洁生产评价存在的评价指标多、信息量大、计算过程复杂的特点,结合清洁生产评价指标体系的研究成果,设计和开发了电解铝清洁生产评价系统:对系统功能进行了分析,运用原型法构建了系统,建立了以电解铝清洁生产评价指标体系为核心的动态数据库,利用VB、SOL等开发工具完成了系统的详细设计与开发。系统实现了对电解铝清洁生产评价指标、评价结果的动态管理、快速查询及统计,实现了模糊数学综合评价法的计算等,对其他行业的清洁生产评价具有重要的推广价值。最后,本论文对国内典型电解铝生产企业清洁生产评价进行了实例分析。评价结果表明,该评价指标体系能够反映电解铝生产企业的清洁生产水平,该系统能够准确实现评价、查询等功能。

【Abstract】 As the "pollution source control" model and creative idea, Cleaner Production (CP) is widely employed. It has become more important to standardize CP and assess the efforts of CP in the enterprise. Meanwhile, as an industry with a high energy consumption and pollution, Electrolytic Aluminum enterprises need to improve the development of cleaner production seriously. So, it is significant to study on assessment and the management system for Electrolytic Aluminum Cleaner Production.Based on the principle of CP and the requirement of Cleaner Production Assessment (CPA), this paper analyzes the environmental characteristics of Electrolytic Aluminum enterprise, and builds a CPA indicator system which possesses a hierarchy and good operability and credibility. In addition, the paper discusses how to apply the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to confirm the weight of the indicators. The CPA indictors system shows the content and aims of CP in Electrolytic Aluminum enterprises.On the basis of theories and tools of fuzzy mathematics, the concepts of subjecting- function and subjecting-degree etc. are introduced into electrolytic Aluminum CP assessment. Through the research on the present electrolytic Aluminum industry, the standards of indicators, which are the basis of CPA, are also defined in the paper. The method can assess the present level of electrolytic Aluminum CP in the enterprises correctly.Making full use of the theories and methods above, the paper designs and develops a software system for electrolytic Aluminum CPA. During the system designing, the method of prototype is used; a database based on electrolytic Aluminum CPA indicator system is built; system developing tools such as VB, SQL are utilized in the detail design and development. The system is an effective tool for enterprises to assess the cleaner production state and improve the development of cleaner production, and for the government to carry out management of enterprise cleaner production which can be used to check, modify and renovate the indicators’ information, and assess cleaner production in factory as well.At last, two typical electrolytic Aluminum enterprises are CP assessed and analyzed as examples. The results show that, the CP indicators system can reflect the state of CP of these enterprises, and the system can be used to assess, check out and so on.
