基于电信BOSS系统的接口技术的研究

【摘要】 电信业务运营支撑系统(Business Operation Support System,BOSS)涵盖一系列的子系统,这些子系统之间需要进行大量的功能交互和数据交互。因此如何保证这些系统间接口的稳定以及降低接口开发的难度成为至关重要的课题。论文分别从电信BOSS系统中的服务开通系统(Services Fulfillment System,SFS)和综合网络告警系统(Integrated Network Management System,INMS)的周边接口出发,研究其接口技术。论文的内容主要包括如下几个方面:1.提出了一个SFS系统接口模型,详细分析了该接口模型的7大组成部分:系统接口传输的数据类型、系统接口异常类、元模型、接口实体处理类、异常管理、系统接口日志管理、系统接口监控。该模型的使用降低了系统间的依赖程度。2.根据电信客户关系管理系统(Customer Relationship Management,CRM)和SFS系统接口的业务需求,提出了一种基于面向服务的架构(Service Oriented Architecture,SOA)的实现方案。该接口利用SOA解决方案大大提高了业务流程的处理速度,降低了开发和维护成本,数据传输更加安全、迅速,提高了整个业务系统的工作效率。本文从方法论的角度讨论了如何从面向对象的分析设计(Object Oriented Analysis Design,OOAD)上升到面向服务的分析设计(Service Oriented Analysis Design,SOAD)。3.分析了INMS和专业网管、网元接口的技术实现。分别分析了简单网络管理协议(Simple Network Management Protocol,SNMP)方式、Socket方式和公共对象请求代理体系结构(Common Obiect Request Broker Architecture,CORBA)方式,分析了各种方式做接口的核心技术点。提出了一种基于CORBA通知服务的接口实现,并详细设计了访问入口点、推模型、通知管理、通知订购。4.提出了一种新的接口框架—Mediation Adapter。该框架主要用于综合网络告警系统采集告警数据,项目实施证明该框架简化了接口开发,增强了接口的稳定性。
【Abstract】 BOSS(Business Operation Support System) system covers a wide range of telecommunications subsystems, and these functions require significant interaction between subsystems and data interactive. So how to ensure stability and reduce the difficulty of interface development between these systems has become crucial issues.This paper is to study the interface technology based on SFS(Services Fulfillment System) and INMS(Integrated Network Management System). The content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1. This paper puts forward an interface model of SFS system, then discusses its seven major components in detail: the type of data transmission, the class of system interface exception, the metadata model, the class of interface entity handling, the exception management, the log management, the control system interface. The model has reduced the dependence between systems.2. This paper puts forward the design and implementation direct against the concrete business of Telecom Interface between CRM(Custo-mer Relationship Management) and SFS System. The project based on SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) design strategy has reduced the development cycle of applications, made code portability and reusable capacity improved, greatly reduced the workload of system maintenance, and improved the system’s performance. This paper discusses the methodology of how to rise from the application of OOAD (Object Oriented Analyst Design) to SOAD (Service Oriented Analysis Design).3. This paper introduces interface technology between INMS system and professional network management system, and introduces the SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) way, the Socket way, the CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture)way, analyzes the core technology spot which the interface has. This paper puts forwardthe design of interface based on the notification service of CORBA, then designs the entrance point, push model, notification management, notification subscription. 4. This paper puts forward a new interface framework -Mediation Adapter. The framework is used to collect data for INMS system. Implementation of the project has proved that the framework simplifies the interface development, and has enhanced the stability of the interface.
