中药生产浓缩工段控制系统的研制

【摘要】 本课题属于国家计委重点科技攻关项目(计高技[2002]2141号)和哈药慈航制药有限公司重点科技攻关项目。本论文的研究工作主要围绕中药生产浓缩工段智能控制装置的研究、开发而展开,涵盖了中药生产浓缩工段的机理分析,数学模型的建立,DMC—PID控制方法的研究和浓缩工段智能控制装置的设计开发等主要内容。中药生产浓缩过程是一个多变量耦合、时变非线性、大时延的复杂系统,并且存在着不确定干扰。为了达到产品质量的一致性,需要精确地控制各调节阀、开关阀状态,从而达到对蒸发速度、温度、压力等参数的有效控制。本文简要介绍了浓缩工艺生产过程,并进行了机理分析,针对系统特点,提出用DMC—PID串级控制算法来实现对蒸发速度的优化控制。此算法在处理复杂的非线性强干扰对象控制问题时具有很大优势,其外环DMC算法采用工程上便于测量的阶跃响应作为参考模型,其具有良好的鲁棒性和跟踪性能,而其内环PID算法良好的抗干扰性同时又弥补了DMC算法的不足。DMC—PID串级控制算法对中药生产浓缩过程非常适用。在理论研究的基础上,着眼于中药生产整个过程的自动控制,以工控机为核心,结合相应的传感器、阀门、数据采集卡等设备,研制了一套浓缩工段自动化智能控制系统。现场调试运行结果表明,该系统反应灵敏,工作稳定可靠,各项指标均达到或超过规定的国家标准,同时有效地控制了浓缩产物的质量,提高了浓缩工段的工作效率。

【Abstract】 This project is funded by State Development Planning Commission, and is the Science-Tech Tackle Key Project of HaYaoCiHang Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd.The main work of this paper is the study and development of the intellective control devices about the concentrate process of the traditional Chinese medicinal production. It contains the analysis of the production processing mechanism, the building of the math medal, the study of the DMC—PID control method and the design of the intellective control device.The concentrate process of the traditional Chinese medicinal production is a complicated non-linearity and time-delay system, which has multivariable coupling and varies with the time. In order to achieve the consistent of the production, the evaporation speed, temperature, pressure and so on should be controlled efficiently by adjusting various valves accurately.The craft processing is briefly introduced and the mechanism of the evaporator is analyzed in the paper. Aimed at the characters of the evaporation process in traditional Chinese medicinal production, thecontrol method--DMC-PID in series control is proposed to realizethe optimization of the evaporation speed. This arithmetic has many advantages to deal with the control of the complicated non-linearity subject with high jamming. The outside circle is DMC arithmetic which uses step response as its model because it can be measured easily. And the good robustness and track character can be obtained. The inside circle is PID arithmetic which has excellent noise immunity, so at the same time it remedy the insufficiency of DMC arithmetic. The DMC-PID arithmetic is very fit for the concentrate process of the traditional Chinese medicinal production.Based on the theoretical research, aimed at the control of the whole process in Chinese Traditional Medicine production, a intellective control system is developed.Which is composed of IPC, sensor, valve, data collection card and so on. The experimental and practical results show that the equipment can dynamically track the change of the production desire, rapidly realize the stability of the control system, and all the parameters reach or exceed the national criterion. At the same time the equipment effectively achieves the quality control, highly improves the efficiency of CTM’s concentration.
