【摘要】 目的：了解湖南省中学生自杀行为的发生现况，分析其流行病学特征并探讨中学生自杀行为的影响因素，为筛选中学生自杀行为干预措施提供依据。方法：本研究采取多阶段分层整群抽样方法获取目标样本。首先，依次按照地域类型(参照我国现行城市规划法，按人口规模分为：大城市、中等城市、小城市、农村地区)、学校类型(重点中学和非重点中学)、中学类别(初中和高中)和年级(初一／高一、初二／高二、初三／高三)等4个因素分层，分别从每个层次所包含类别中各随机抽取1个单位参与本次研究。然后从各被抽取学校的每个年级中分别随机抽取2个班，所抽班级全体同学参与调查，共有16个学校(初中和高中分开计算)的96个班的5583例学生构成了本次研究的调查对象。采用自编影响因素调查表和成熟量表调查中学生自杀行为的现况及影响因素。采用Epidata3.0软件建立数据库；采用SPSS11.5进行统计分析。采用单因素和多因素统计分析，分析中学生自杀行为的发生现况，分析自杀行为的影响因素。结果：湖南省中学生自杀行为发生率为27.6％，其中自杀意念发生率为22.4％，自杀计划发生率为17.4％，自杀准备发生率为4.0％，自杀未遂发生率为3.2％。湖南省中学生自杀行为(自杀意念、自杀计划、自杀准备、自杀未遂)发生率在地区、学校类型、年级、性别之间有差别。Logistic回归分析结果显示，性别、逃课、厌学、抑郁、焦虑、饮酒、是否看黄色书刊、是否网络成瘾、住家附近歌厅舞厅录象厅是否多等是影响因子，其OR值分别为2.247、0.487、1.605、1.765、1.600、1.352、1.663、1.940、1.315。结论：1、湖南省中学生自杀行为发生率为27.6％，其中自杀意念发生率为22.9％，自杀计划发生率为17.8％，自杀准备发生率为4.1％，自杀未遂发生率为3.3％。2、湖南省中学生自杀行为发生率在性别、学校类型、地区、年级之间有差别，女性高于男性；重点中学高于非重点中学；城市高于农村；初一年级低于其他各个年级。3、女性、逃课、厌学、抑郁、焦虑、饮酒、看黄色书刊、网络成瘾、住家附近有歌厅舞厅录象厅等多个因素对湖南省中学生自杀行为有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: investigate the current statue of suicidal behavior of middle school students in hunan provice, analysis it’s epidemiologic character and explore the influencing factors of suicidal behavior of middle school, and provide the reference for filtering the intervention index of suicidal behavior of middle school studentsMethods: the study apply the inverstigation sample with multi-stage sampling. Firstly, according to the district type( refer to the national town planning law, can divide into big city, medium size city, small city, a rural country by the population size). School type(key middle school and no key middle school), middle school sort( junior middle school and senior middle school) and grad(junior one/senior one junior Two / senior two, junior three/ Senior Three) factors arrange.Respectively randomly take one unit from every group to join this study,and respectively take two classes from every grade from the slected school. All the slected classes take part in the inverstigation, there are 5583 students from 96 classes of 16 school taking part in the inverstigation. Intervigate the current statue and influencing factor with artificial scales for influence factors and amature scales.Established data base with the Epidata3.0 software.
