基于转矩分配函数法的开关磁阻调速电机直接转矩控制研究

【摘要】 本文以开关磁阻调速电机转矩脉动抑制为研究主题,以期促进低转矩脉动、高性能开关磁阻调速电机设计开发工作的进一步发展。本文在分析开关磁阻电机转矩脉动控制策略研究现状的基础上,建立了基于MATLAB SIMULINK/PSB的开关磁阻电机调速系统非线性动态仿真模型,为开关磁阻电机转矩脉动抑制策略研究打下了基础。本文对基于转矩分配函数法的开关磁阻调速电机直接转矩控制策略进行了仿真,对转矩分配函数设计、基于单神经元自适应PID的速度调节器的设计进行了较深入的研究,仿真表明了理论分析的有效性。本文对开关磁阻电机电压斩波控制方式下的控制参数(开关角、斩波频率)对其转矩脉动的影响也进行了仿真研究。本文对基于80C196KC单片机的开关磁阻电机数字控制系统的软、硬件进行了设计,并进行了样机运行实验研究。
【Abstract】 This dissertation puts emphasis on the minimization of torque ripple of switched reluctance motor (SRM) , which is help for the development of SRM with lower torque ripple’s application.In this dissertation, current situation of torque ripple study for SRM is analyzed, then a nonlinear dynamic simulating model for SRD is established with MATLAB Simulink/PSB. The model lays a foundation for researching SRM’s torque ripple strategy .A direct torque control strategy based on torque share function is researched by simulating. The torque share function and speed controller are designed. The results of simulation show the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis. The effect of control parameters (switching angle, chopping frequency) on SRM’s torque ripple in voltage chopper control mode is also researched..In this dissertation, the hardware and software for SRM digital control system based on microprocessor 80C196KC are designed. Some experiment results of the prototype operation are given in this dissertation.
