异形柱结构抗侧刚度研究

【摘要】 近几十年,随着国民经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平提高的同时对住宅的要求也越来越高,混凝土异形框架结构的建筑也正是在这种要求下在全国范围内推广开来的。异形截面作为一种更一般性的截面形式,而矩形、正方形截面是异形截面的特殊形式,特殊截面的截面性质在某些方面是不可代替一般截面的性质的。因此,很有必要对其进行研究。本文首先对单个构件作出理论上的相关分析,在所有的异形柱中,L形柱受力特性最为特别,所以单个构件的研究重点放在L形截面柱上了。已知弹性力学中的纯三次式φ=ay~3可以解决单向纯弯曲问题,所以本文认为应力函数φ=ay~3+bz~3可解决L形截面柱的双向纯弯曲耦合问题,并给出了相关结论的推导分析过程以及受力特性分析结果。对于L形截面柱的抗侧刚度问题,可采用简化模型进行推导分析,其中的双向纯弯曲耦合问题可采用平截面假定,从数学的角度,列出了其平截面的应变方程式ε_x=a+by+cz,代入相关的物理方程式中进行分析与推导计算,很简洁的得出了结构中L形截面柱的抗侧刚度公式,同时结出了T形、十字形截面柱的抗侧刚度公式,并给出了抗侧刚度的修正系数。本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS基于APDL参数化语言的有限元技术对两种结构进行了静力分析。主要是水平荷载作用下的分析,从相关的数据分析得出,在不考虑结构整体扭转的情况下,结构平面布置规则的异形柱框架结构的变形总体为剪切形变形,其柱端剪力可采用平面受力状态模型,按照剪力分配法进行计算,并给出了理论计算与有限元计算的比较。本文还分析了影响异形柱结构的抗侧刚度的因素:一是荷载作用的方向,另一个就是截面尺寸。并用算例说明结构中L形截面柱不宜用的太多,它不利于结构的整体抗侧移能力的提高。同时尽可能使结构平面布置要规则。本文所做的相关分析仅为设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 During these years, with the development of the domestic economic and the living standard raised, houses have been required more comfortable than ever. Under this circumstances, the concrete special-shaped frames had been adopted throughout the whole country. Due to the particularity of geometric property of the section-special shaped cross-section, it has some differentiation from the rectangular cross-section. So it is indispensable to illustrate some mechanical characters of this structure.Among all the special-shaped columns,L-shaped column is the most especial.From the point of the elastic mechanic, we know that the functionφ= ay~3 can describethe bending of the beam. So we think that the functionφ= ay~3 +bz~3 can describe thecouple moment of bending for the L-shaped cross-section. Based on this assumption, some conclusions have been made in this paper. About the lateral displacement stiffness of the structure with special-shaped cross-section, from the point of thealgebora, we can derive it from the strain functionε_x=α+ by + cz ,and also get someuseful conclusions. At the same time,the lateral displacement stiffness of the T section and十section are achieved.The parameter of revisation for the lateral displacement stiffnes has been showed in this paper.The three-dimensional space analysis model of special-shaped column frame and rectangle column frame are established by using the general finite element software ANSYS in this paper. These two models have been established basing on the same areas of the two kinds of cross-sectional column.Some conclusions have been made from the results of analysis. Static and earthquake dynamic analysis show that the deformation of the regular special-shaped frame is same as that of the rectangular column frame, that is to say, it is shear deformation. The inner force of the column of the regular special-shaped frame can be achieved by the method of shear distribution.And comparison between theory and finite element method have been showned.As for the magnitute of lateral displacement stiffness of special-shaped structure, some conclusions have been made from the point of the direction of the load, the geometric of the cross-sections .At last,the example shown that the column of L section can not improve the lateral displacement stiffness of special-shaped structure and the display of the structure should be regular.Conclusions made in this paper are only referenced for the designers.
