电气开关柜三维图库系统的开发研究与虚拟装配

【摘要】 电气开关柜的机械结构为钣金件和通用电气元件件,为了进一步缩短设计时间、提高准时交货率以及提高一次设计正确率,以大规模定制化设计思想来满足日益个性化的市场需求,本文基于solid Edge环境,通过建立VisualBasic(VB)语言、Access数据库和SolidEdge三者间的联系,进行了电气开关柜的总体设计,分别开发了电气开关柜中的柜体钣金件及电气元件零部件图库;通过对Solid Edge环境下装配关系的研究,实现了对不同型号的柜体装配及内部电气元件装配。给出了电气开关柜分类的层次结构,研究了钣金件及电气元件三维建模方法和零部件的装配关系;根据标准件的尺寸系列进行了Access数据库的设计,研究了Access数据库与VB的连接关系;利用VB调用SolidEdge的方法,实现了标准零部件的参数化设计,完成了在SolidEdge环境下的“电气开关柜零部件图库”的开发;完成了图库的总体设计及零部件的分类检索框架设计,为以后图库的不断扩充与完善奠定了基础;利用所开发的图库进行了不同型号柜体的装配,建立了三维实体装配模型。电气零部件图库的建立,给使用solidEdge的设计人员提供了极为方便、快捷的工具,大大节约了设计绘图时间。设计者只需在图库的零件检索界面上检索所需要的零件并选择或输入零件的参数,即可得到该零件的三维实体,然后用户的根据需要选择实体零件进行整套柜体的装配。
【Abstract】 Based on the solid Edge environment through the establishment of Visual Basic (VB) languages、SolidEdge、Access database and the links among the three, of the electrical switchgear parts design, were developed by the Electrical Switchgear cabinet pieces of sheet metal parts and electrical components Gallery; Based on Solid Edge assembly environment study Implementation of the different models of the electrical cabinet assembly and internal electrical component assembly. Main thesis of the work accomplished as follows :Given electrical switchgear classification hierarchy, of sheet metal parts and electrical components 3D modeling methods and fabricated parts;According to the size of standard parts for a series of Access database design, Research Access and VB database connectivity;VB SolidEdge called on the realization of the standard parts of parametric design, SolidEdge completed in the context of "electrical switchgear parts library" of development;Gallery completed the design and components of the classification and retrieval framework design, for the future expansion of the library and laid a sound foundation; Use the library for the development of different types wooden cabinet assembly, the establishment of a 3D assembly model.Gallery mechanical parts of the establishment to use solidEdge design provides convenient, efficient tool to a significant reduction in design and drafting time. Database designers only in the search interface components needed to search and select the components or parts imported parameters, likely to be part of the 3D graphics.
