【摘要】 物流是指为了满足客户的需要，以最低的成本，通过运输、保管、配送等方式，实现原材料、半成品、成品及相关信息由商品的产地到商品的消费地所进行的计划、实施和管理的全过程。相对于发达国家的物流产业而言，中国的物流产业尚处于起步发展阶段，其发展的主要特点：一是企业物流仍然是社会物流活动的重点；二是专业化物流企业开始涌现，多样化物流服务有一定程度的发展。因此，走出以自我服务为主的物流活动模式，加快物流信息化管理的步伐，己是中国物流业发展当务之急。物流信息化是指利用信息技术整合企业内部的业务流程，使企业向着规模经营、网络化运作的方向发展，物流信息化是物流企业相互融合的重要手段。本文的重点是研究基于铁路运输的物流信息化管理系统的设计与实现，本文首先分析了基于铁路运输的物流企业的特性，以及目前国内企业针对该特性提出的解决方案，然后介绍了实现系统选用的关键技术和平台，在项目研究的基础上提出了系统设计方案，并介绍了系统实现的关键过程，最后在完成系统的基础上结合实际运行环境提出了系统性能优化的若干可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Logistics is the whole process of planning, carrying out and management to move the raw materials, semi-manufactured goods, finished products and the corresponding information from their producing area to the places they will be consumed. In order to satisfy the customers, the costs should be the lowest, and logistics is finished through such ways as transporting, storing and delivering. Logistics includes different parts, such as transporting, storing, packaging, delivery, load and unload, circulating and processing.Relative to logistics industry in the developed countries, logistics industry in China has just started, and the primary points are that, firstly, enterprise logistics is still the keystone in the social logistics, and special logistics services have little bit clues. It tells us that the developing level of these activities is very low, and we have to enhance the internal logistics’ management. Secondly, special logistics enterprises are becoming more and more, diversification logistics has some development. Above all, walk out from the traditional logistics mode focused on self-service, and develop the third party logistics, are what we have to do right now.This thesis is focused on the designs and implementation of logistics information system based on railway transportation. First, we analyze the characteristics of the logistics enterprises based on railway, and some solutions mentioned by some internal enterprises. Then introduce some key technologies for the system implementation. Then based on the project study, I introduce the system’s designing plan, and the process of the system’s implementation, and last, some ways of optimizing performance are brought out.更多还原
