【摘要】 知识经济的发展使得企业对项目团队的应用日益广泛。但很多却面临效果不理想，绩效不佳的困境。因为以往的研究中，大多把团队作为一个整体，很少针对具体类型的团队，而对于近几年新兴的项目团队的研究则更加稀少。同时关于团队及其绩效的理论研究大多是基于管理学角度的定性研究，从经济学等其他角度进行的则很少。鉴此，本文试图克服上述缺陷，将研究对象由一般类型的团队转向具体的项目团队；采用理论探索与实证调研相结合、定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法对项目团队及其团队绩效的改进进行分析。在总结团队绩效影响因素研究成果的基础上，作者结合项目团队特点寻找项目团队绩效影响因素，并对各影响因素进行实证验证。指出项目组成员的能力、项目经理的素质、团队规模、任务类型、项目组成员的努力程度、合作程度以及项目团队所处的环境等因素是影响项目团队绩效的主要因素。构建专门针对项目团队的绩效函数。并加入了时间因素，变静态函数为动态函数，对其进行分析。指出项目团队成员的努力水平，合作水平和环境是改进项目团队绩效应控制的重点。并以系统论、博弈论、生产论、效用论等多种理论研究这三个因素对项目团队绩效的影响及其决定。最后，就实证与理论研究结果从改善项目组成员的努力程度、合作程度和环境三方面提出改进项目团队绩效的具体措施，并用案例加以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the developing of knowledge economy, the application of project team is more and more widespread in the enterprise. But many project teams face with the difficulty that the actual application effect is not ideal and the performance is not good. It is because that most of previous studies conduct the research from the whole to the team. The researches carry on concrete type of team are very few. The research on project team which is emerging in recent years is fewer. Meanwhile the studies on team are mostly based on management angle; Researches from other angles such as economic are few.Reflect this, this thesis attempts to overcome the flaws above, changes research object from general type of team to concrete project team and analyses them by using the method of theoretic exploration and empirical investigation unified, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis unified.On the basis of summarizing the research results of team performance’s influencing factors, this thesis explores influencing factors of project team performance by combining with project team’s characteristics and confirms each influencing factor with the method of investigation. It points out that the ability of team member, the quality of manager, team scale, task type, member’s effort degree, cooperation degree and environment are the main influencing factors of project team performance.This thesis obtains performance function which aims at the project team, meanwhile joins the time factor in the function, changes the static function to dynamic function, analyses the function.It points out that effort degree, cooperation degree and environment are the key factors of improving project team performance and analyses their influence on performance and determination by the system theory, the game theory, the production theory and so on.Finally, basing on the conclusion of the theoretic analysis and empirical study, the author puts forward some concrete measures about how to improve the performance of project team from improving effort degree, cooperation degree and environment, and then uses a case to confirm the measures.更多还原
