基于USB接口的PROFIBUS-DP智能从站设计

【摘要】 本文根据USB总线和PROFIBUS总线的应用特点,详细介绍了基于USB接口的PROFIBUS-DP智能从站系统的设计。利用该智能DP从站,多功能过程控制实验教学系统可以不依靠AD、DA采集卡而直接与带DP接口的PLC、DCS等工业系统通信。基于课题的性质,本论文首先对USB总线技术进行了介绍,包括总线结构、数据流模型、传输类型等,然后从硬件、固件、USB主机应用程序三个方面详细介绍了DP智能从站的设计。在硬件设计部分,论文给出了DP从站详细的电路图,并根据实践经验给出电路板设计和硬件调试建议;在固件设计部分,论文先介绍了固件框架,随后详细地介绍了CY7C68013A与DPRAM模块的之间数据通信与帧处理;在应用程序开发部分,先引入核心的数据结构,接着分别介绍了对数据网关和USB设备的操作,最后介绍了应用程序采用的多线程技术。论文最后介绍了DP智能从站与SIMATIC PCS7主站的连接,并给出性能测试分析。实验表明,所设计的DP智能从站能满足通信要求。

【Abstract】 According to the features of Universal Serial Bus(USB) and PROFIBUS, this thesis illustrates the design of an intelligent PROFIBUS-DP slave based on USB interface, by which, the Multifunctional system for Process and Control Experiment could communication with industrial system equipped with DP interface such as PLC and DCS instead of traditional AD/DA data acquisition card.Based on the nature of this thesis, the USB technology is introduced in the first sections including bus architecture, data flow model, data transfer types and so on, and then the design of the intelligent DP slave is discussed in detail from three parts: hardware, firmware and application program design. In the part of hardware, the thesis describes the hardware scheme of the DP slave system firstly, and then gives the practical recommendations on PCB layout and hardware debug according to experience. In terms of the firmware design, the framework is introduced, and followed by the detailed communication and data frame process between CY7C68013A and DPRAM module. The last part introduces some key data structures first, and then the functions that operate over Data Gate and USB device, and finally the multithread technology adopted in the application program.The last chapter gives the connect steps between the DP slave and SIMATIC PCS7 host, and ends with the performance test analysis. The experiments prove the fact that the intelligent slave can meet the communication requirement.
